Very comfortable and clean, great location
The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed (hairdryer, iron, towels, etc) The covered parking was ideal and we felt very safe. The location was perfect for our needs, the highway entrance was just a few blocks away and the beach was straight down the road. Would definitely stay again.
Awesome stay in our Sawtelle Condo!
This was our first trip to LA and we absolutely loved it. The condo we rented was a great location for seeing all of the sights using Uber, walking or driving our rental. I definitely could see coming back and staying here again and would recommend it to my friends. Nate was really helpful with the few questions I had and flexible to help us enjoy or stay even more! The condo was comfortable, quiet and spacious and off the really busy streets so it was nice sitting outside on the balcony. Ron
it is a good location for West LA but the apartment is not as quiet as advertised.
good location, convenient parking but parking is next to the garbage cans and on a lane or alley that has a lot if nouse from garbage pickup for the neighborhood and lots of car traffic at some times of the day or night as other parking garages on same lane.
Wow, Fred was quite a quirky guest with special request after special request. The garbage is picked up once a week...I’ve never received a review or comment about my place being too noisy. Please consider all the other reviews.
Nate’s place was great. When we checked in, the place was not cleaned from the previous renter. The bed was not made nor cleaned so we had to take it to the laundromat to wash. I informed Nate right away and he was so apologetic and took care of the situation immediately. Other than that, his place was nice and close to everything we wanted to do.
Yes, my housekeeper made a HUGE mistake. We got our housekeeping team over there immediately and took care of the problem. I was EXTREME:Y sorry about the issue and even comped them a night for the inconvenience.
Great spot! Close to both Santa Monica and LA. Buses easily accessible from the main road which is a 2 minute walk.
Was perfect for us
We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was great for us. Communication with owner was excellent.
This property is an incredible unit. It is located close to Wilshire Blvd where there are shops, restaurants, bars, yoga, businesses, etc...
It is also less than a mile away from UCLA. Santa Monica Beach is just about 3 miles away as well as 3rd Street Promenade
Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive are also just 4 Miles away and Hollywood is 6 miles away.
The Getty Center is 4 miles away, Scenic Malibu is 7 Miles from my place. The list goes on and on....
