Really enjoyed our stay. Safe area and lots a great places to eat.
Our family of 6 enjoyed a vacation to LA. We had an amazing stay at this location. It was very clean and quiet. The location of the apartment was amazing , it was a quick drive to to see our family in Santa Monica and travel around the city. There is a Ralph's grocery store across the street (about 3 mins) and a Target about 10-15 mins away. The neighborhood was great and felt super safe. We didn't hear any neighbors during our stay . The covered, reserved parking was great as well!
The kitchen was clean and well stocked with nice dishes, silverware, pots and pans . The unit had a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, fridge and microwave. The full bath and half bath were both clean as well. Also, the wifi was fast and the tv had the ability to log into Amazon or Netflix.
Overall, it was an amazing stay . I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!!
We'd give this place a 99.9%, my wife and sister in law only wished you had a dish towel or two, and a few extra bath towels. Women need extra for their hair! It was clean, well furnished, and the location was perfect for our daily jaunts to our friends house in Santa Monica. We'll be looking at your place again whenever we visit the Cali area in the future!
I'd also like to mention that Nate, the owner, was super quick with answers to any and all questions, even when I couldn't figure out the TV. He gets an extra star just for his availability.

Great spot to chill
Digging this place. Even though it's Cali is jammed packed, this place didn't make u feel like it was. Nice n quiet neighborhood w everything within walking distance. Santa Monica Pier is just over 5mi away. Will look into getting this place again during my next visit to Cali.
This property needs work. The owner needs to respond to this property immediately. No wash cloths, the shower worked one time in four days! The owner did not respond to the shower problem. We bought wash cloths. The kitchen cabinets were plywood mid-50's style. If clean, the kitchen would be fine, but the cabinets and drawers left me speechless. The light at the top of the stairs was out which left a very dark entry. No response to this problem. All in All, we tolerated this unit, but should have left immediately. We were charged a pet fee when we don't even own a pet. The explanation from owner was that this was a HomeAway charge. I again requested the refund of this charge. To date, no refund. Will continue to request.
This guest asked to cancel the day before She was scheduled to arrive.expecting a 100% refund.
When I told her that was not my policy, but I'd be happy to work out a fair arrangement, she threatened to slander my place... it appears she followed through on her threat.
Look at all the reviews, this one is absolutely false, my place is always clean and in excellent working order. I respond immediately to any guest concerns.

Quiet, Clean, and Restful!
My family of four (traveling from NJ) stayed at this rental apartment for 3 nights to attend a family wedding in Santa Monica. The location was perfect for all our activities and the rental itself was very clean, quiet and restful (the beds are SO comfortable!). I was very impressed immediately upon booking to hear from Nate, the owner, so quickly. He was very good about communicating any details I needed to know as well as responding quickly to any questions I had. I love that there is a keyless entry; it made it so much easier than to be fumbling around looking for keys and sharing keys. This was my first time booking through HomeAway, and it was a great experience!
This property is an incredible unit. It is located close to Wilshire Blvd where there are shops, restaurants, bars, yoga, businesses, etc... It is also less than a mile away from UCLA. Santa Monica Beach is just about 3 miles away as well as 3rd Street Promenade Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive are also just 4 Miles away and Hollywood is 6 miles away. The Getty Center is 4 miles away, Scenic Malibu is 7 Miles from my place. The list goes on and on....
