Convenience, Convenience

Just returned from our stay. Wonderful unit. View of the mountains out of the window and off the balcony is incredible. But, stay here because of its location. The walkway to Peak 9/Quicksilver Super Chair is literally right across the street. A couple of days we came back to the condo for lunch and to warm up. Also, it is within walking distance to almost every restaurant on Main Street. My wife even walked to the City Market twice during our stay. For additional details -- the layout of the unit is excellent. Bathroom is off the main living area, so a child sleeping on the pullout doesn't have to come into the bedroom to use it at night. Also, the pullout is easy to put up during the day, so there is plenty of room. Very nice kitchen, and the unit has everything you need to cook. Underground parking and heating ski and boot storage (one tip - the entrance is a little tight, but there was a Suburban parked in the spaces). A great design feature is that the same elevator serves everything, so you can go straight from unloading the car to your floor without changing elevators. The icing on the cake is that Matt (the owner) responds almost immediately to any questions. We had a great experience and highly recommend the unit!

Prime location to enjoy Breck

We had a blast! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days of skiing. We loved walking across the street in the morning to jump on the Quicksilver lift. The condo is super close to walk to everything on Main St. We liked The Crown, Breckenridge Brewery, Cool River Coffee, and Breckenridge Distillery (take an uber). Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks again!

Exceptional Ski Vacation Condo

This Condo is perfectly situated for hitting the slopes at Breck and the surrounding Ski Areas, (Arapahoe Basin and Keystone). Quiet, comfortable and cozy it’s just a few steps to either the slopes, free bus or Main Street. We parked our car in the provided garage and did not move it until we departed. No need to walk up the stairs carrying luggage; there is an elevator and luggage carts right in the garage for your use.

“The Owners description is Spot-on, except that it’s actually a little bit better!” This was an exceptional choice by description and it does not disappoint.

The owner is extremely professional, responsive and responsible. A minor maintenance issue was immediately addressed, corrected and followed-up without hesitation. It was a pleasure conversing with the owner. We had a really great fun, relaxing time and we “will” be returning to this Condo again next year if not sooner.

Great place!

Let me start off by saying the ONLY reason we gave this place four stars instead of five is because the map on VRBO shows this condo in the wrong location. It is not in the building on the Maggie Pond right next to the lift. It is actually three buildings away and across the street next to the F Lot. That was the only disappointment. Imagine you think you rent a beach front condo only to arrive to find out it's actually across the street 200 yards away.

Now on to the good stuff. Even with the building being across the street, the lift was not too far away. You can walk there in 5 minutes or so. We just rented a locker in the building next to the lift, so we could leave our boots or shoes in it and walk back and forth in our shoes. We read another review that said the bed wasn't that comfortable, but we actually really liked it. It seemed pretty new and it was nice and firm without being hard. The couch was great and the views of the mountains from the living room are to die for. We would drink our coffee in the morning and just look out at the runs we were going to hit that day. The shower was roomy and had great water pressure and the heated floors are a nice touch. After the last couple of condos we've stayed in on our ski trips had broken hot tubs, we were elated about the hot tub here. It was HOT, clean, covered, had a nice view, and we always had it to ourselves! Oh, I almost forgot the fireplace. It was the most realistic gas fireplace I've ever seen. I want one! It was nice to get off the slopes, hit the hot tub, then sit by the fireplace in the evening. Last, but not least, the covered, heated parking and ski storage was awesome. It was super convenient; although, you'll never need your car because this place is within walking distance to anywhere you'd want to go downtown. All in all, it was a great place and we would return again.

Awesome location

This condo was very nice. Great view of the mountains. The owner Matt is awesome to deal with. He has great communication skills. Answers text and emailed almost instantly. The condo was clean and well stocked with some nice personal touches. Very cozy ..Great indoor parking was a little tight entering with a fullsize truck. The only down fall (if one) is the trash dumpster is located below the bedroom on the first floor. The trash truck picks up at 5:30 am every morning. I would wake up than go back to sleep. I would stay there again though.
