One is a Master with King bed and master bath. plus walk-in closet. Please see rates, calendar and location below. High speed WiFi of course. The second is a guest bedroom with two Queen beds and bathroom across the hall. Newly remodeled kitchen, very modern. Large family room off the kitchen. Separate formal living room area. Great covered Patio with a lot of comfortable outdoor furniture. Perfect sized private pool all to yourself. Two car garage.

The property itself was ok. Nicely decorated, but a bit old. The house was very dusty when we arrive

The first 4 days were spent cleaning floors, windows and washing dishes and scrubbing pots and pans. I notified the manager and took pictures. He explained that the dishes in the china cabinet in the dining room had not been used in "eons". He also told me that he had a cleaning crew in there the day before we arrived. I told him that he should fire his cleaning crew as they certainly did a poor job of cleaning. The freezer drawer of the refrigerator had to be cleaned before we could add food and the smooth top stove surface had burnt on food that took 5 scrubbing to get it clean. Light bulbs were burnt out, with no replacements in sight. The ceiling fan and light in the family room was non functional until we repaired it; after the rental manager admitted they had problems with it. The sliding door to the pool was almost impossible to open and shut and lock until my husband and I cleaned and lubricated the track and adjusted the lock. The garage door likewise was balky, (would stop and start) until my husband cleaned and lubricated the track. I realize I may be a bit picky but when renting out a property, it should be clean and functional. Once all those issues were resolved, it was a very pleasant stay, in a lovely location of Sun Lakes.
