Northeast Tucson is "the last BEST place in Tucson." This home, built in 2001, is located in The Lakes at Castle Rock gated neighborhood just minutes from all amenities available in Tucson. The house has been freshly painted inside with new carpet, kitchen sink, and dishwasher.

Castle Rock offers year-round heated pool, tennis courts, exercise facility, bike paths, and is a great area for walking. It is located three miles from 49er's Golf Club, five miles from Arizona National Golf Club. The Catalina Highway to Mount Lemmon 9300-foot

peak (five minutes), Saguaro National Park East (ten minutes), and Sabino Canyon Recreation Area for hiking and picnicing (ten minutes).

This is an extremely clean and bright two bedroom plus a den home. The yard looks out at the Catalina Mountains and is a perfect spot to barbecue after a fun-filled day in Tucson.

Since we are the owners, we are determined to provide everything you will need for a

perfect stay in our city. The home has mostly new furnishings, satellite TV/DVD, wireless

high speed internet, a table for six in the kitchen and a great room with sofa, love seat

and entertainment center. Bedrooms provide either a king/twin bed set up or a king/king

based on your preference. The den provides a place to rest or catch up on emails and has a full-size futon to accommodate overnight guests or grandchildren. This home is

perfect for two or four people and a maximum of five.

We have been living in Tucson since the 80's and love the sunshine and golf. We live

approximately 4 miles from our vacation home off of Catalina Highway. The close

proximity makes it easy to meet and greet our guests and address any issues or concerns

should they arise.

GREAT place

A beautiful home that was exceptionally clean. Very cute backyard. A

gorgeous neighborhood with many amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.). Connie was very pleasant to work with. Should we visit Tucson again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay

there.

Clean, comfortable, quiet.

Entering the gates of The Lakes at Castle Rock, we were immediately struck with the beauty of the neighborhood. While the "lakes" are a welcome reprieve from the desert landscape of Tucson, there's also a lovely center boulevard, sidewalks, walking trails, and neighbors out strolling. This housing complex is very well maintained and feels welcoming and safe. Entering the house, I was struck with its brightness and airiness. The photos do not do it justice. It was immaculately clean, with very comfortable furniture, and well stocked with linens, paper products, and kitchen staples. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily prepare meals and the grocery store was almost within walking distance, so it was easy to eat in. The enclosed backyard has plenty of outdoor seating with lovely landscaping and a gas grill. So serene. We used the middle bedroom/den with the futon as an office, which was perfect. The WiFi signal was strong. The bedroom with the twin beds is on the small side, and probably better suited for children or just one adult during a lengthy stay. The master bedroom is spacious and the walk-in closet plenty big enough for vacationers. Having a laundry room was also a big plus. We used the gym, whirlpool and heated outdoor pool and none were busy. We also golfed, hiked, and ate at terrific restaurants in the Tucson area. Connie was easy to reach on her cell phone, although our only question was if we should be watering the outdoor plants. (No, they're on a drip timer.) Everything in the house was in perfect working order. After we were they just a few days, we tried to reserve it for the following February, but it was already booked. We loved this house and were so appreciative of all the details Connie thought of to make us comfortable.

Wonderful Rental Home

This is a very nice, clean, and well-appointed house. Everything has been planned for the guests' convenience – internet, TV, washer and dryer, outside gas barbeque, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Nice touches that reflect Arizona heritage add to the experience. The home is located with great access to Mount Lemmon, Saguaro-East National Park, and Sabino Canyon. Home is within a gated community and has easy access to lakes and walking trails. We stayed for two months, and would definitely rent it again for any length of time.

I was so fortunate to find this gem of a property for my winter vacation! The houses and other properties (lakes, clubhouses, etc.) within the gated community are attractive and well-kept. The entire community is quiet and friendly. The owner of this property, Connie, is very thorough and helpful. She has decorated her property very nicely, inside and out - everything is like brand new. And thanks for the well-stocked pantry and refrigerator upon my arrival! I highly recommend this property.

Connie's fabulous house

Connie's house is absolutely perfect in every way, immaculate and equipped to a very high standard.

Our 4 year old Grandson learned to ride his bicycle in the friendly neighbourhood and his 6 year old sister loved the safe pool which is close by.

Magnificent quiet surroundings, but within walking distance of shops and cafes, and 10 minutes from the very friendly Forty Niner golf club.

Connie is very friendly and easy to deal with, we are looking forward to returning next year.
