What makes this condo unique

All my properties have been remodeled with the intent of creating a dwelling that is in sync with the feeling of Old Hawaii I experienced as a child. I want my guests to feel serene and part of the community during their stay in my property.

I have rented and stayed in this unit many times and agree with all the 5 Star reviews. The unit is exactly as the pictures and it is freshly painted with either new furniture or impeccably quality furniture that is perfectly maintained. I noted recent review stating the bed is uncomfortable and I have had a completely different experience and find it very comfortable. I am a repeat customer and Cherise and Hedy have responded to my every need and both have outrageous customer service skills and follow up. Staying in this unit is one of the highlights of all my travel experiences.

Feels Like a Second Home-Totally Local Experience!

Great location and fabulous views! My second time here and property has undergone great facelift.

Clean as a whistle, nicely decorated and refreshed. Small casual low key complex. Very comfortable bed and smart TV's. The entire property has undergone upgrades such as new elevator, lanai railings, etc. Beautiful sunsets and ocean sounds. We walked every night to three of the best eateries in town (Honu, Mala and Fieda). Relaxing and well maintained. Hedy and Tom are very responsive. Cannot go wrong here. If you prefer big box hotel rather than a local experience this is not for you. We love the feeling of community and being part of the Lahaina scene.

We were in love from the moment we walked in the door!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for five nights, and wished we could have stayed five more! The view is just as spectacular as all the reviews you will read express. Yes, you really can see turtles each morning and evening from the lanai! Every time we walked in the door of the condo from a day out on the beach, we were greeted by the sound of the waves. The pool is lovely, the grounds are very well managed, the location is close enough to downtown to be convenient and far enough away to feel a bit secluded. The kitchen and condo had everything we needed to throw a picnic in the car and head to the beach. Tom was so easy to work with and all the instructions we were provided were accurate and easy to follow. We loved everything about staying at this property, book it, you won't be sorry.

Spectacular view from the lanai. Very comfortable bed

What great spot!! Our hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Our unit 403 was immaculate upon arrival. Great bed & bedding, towels, beach chairs etc. The view from our lanai was spectacular !!! Couldn't have asked for more. Mahalo.

GREAT OCEAN VIEW

Beautiful ocean view just as in the picture with sea turtles out front every day. We saw nine at one time one day and never less than five in a two week period. This is an older building in a somewhat local residential area, not a glamorous resort setting. That being said it is an extremely well maintained building. They have an excellent onsite manager that seemed to be up early every day cleaning something like pool chairs, the pool, elevator etc. The unit it self was perfect for two people with everything you would need to cook, clean or do laundry. The only drawback we found was the bedroom window faces Front street and we experienced road noise every morning starting around 6AM so if you're someone that likes to sleep late this may be an issue. We stopped at Long's just down the street and picked up some inexpensive ear plugs and that pretty much solved the problem. It certainly would not prevent us from staying here again. We have been to Maui several times and stayed in Kihei but wanted to try a different area this time. As people who don't cook when on vacation we found found there were many more restaurant options in Lahaina and Kaanapali is only a five minute drive away for even more. If a resort experience is what you want this is not it but if you are looking for a well maintained, clean friendly condo 50 feet the ocean we would certainly recommend.
