All my properties have been remodeled with the intent of creating a dwelling that is in sync with the feeling of Old Hawaii I experienced as a child. I want my guests to feel serene and part of the community during their stay in my property.

Stunning view and sunsets! Best patio and peaceful location.
This was our first trip to Maui and we will definitely be back! We loved the condo, just the right size for my husband and I. The fans and ocean breeze kept the place at just the right temperature both day and night and being able to watch the sunsets every night from the lanai was absolutely amazing! We loved using the beach equipment (snorkeling masks, towels and beach chairs) and the building manager was really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your condo!
Perfect Location - Amazing Views
Our stay was perfect. The location is great - walking distance to lahaina shops (south) and to whaler's village (north). Tons of public access beach access in the location. The unit has all the amenities needed for a great VRBO stay. Watching turtles from the lanai was an added plus. Would def. return!
Our first Maui experience was marvelous thanks to this condo
Our very first Maui experience went so well thanks to Hedy's lovely condo located near downtown Lahaina. My nine-year-old daughter, my wife and I really enjoyed staying there for eight nights.
What we really liked were:
1. View from lanai
It was a true ocean front. Nothing was between us except for the building's own pool and garden area. Every morning we enjoyed just watching waves coming in from west. Rainbows were not rare. And sunsets were just marvelous.
2. Location within the building
Because the unit is close to the south end of the building, we had the swimming pool and the BBQ area on our far right side, which allowed us to stay comfortably detached from people enjoying those public facilities.
My daughter LOVED it. She even jumped into it after a long day of hiking down and up the Sliding Sands Trail at Haleakala. The pool was well-maintained, clean and safe, with a depth where she (height 125 cm) can stand up on one side. The opposite side was deeper which kept her busy swimming back.
4. Interior decor
I know everyone surely has different taste and opinion, but I loved her taste. Nothing loudly Hawaiian, the design was simple, relaxing and filled with care to materials. I particularly liked the stone tiling of the floor.
Hedy the owner and Eric were consistently responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Mike, the facility manager of the entire building, was a great guy and gave us useful travel tips whenever we met at the ground floor garage.

It was unseasonably cold & raining but we had our beautiful big windows to look out at the ocean.
It was clean, beautiful, & fully equipped with everything you might need in a kitchen! The view was fabulous...& being able to open lani doors & hear the crashing waves all day & nite made my whole vacation.
Management was available when ever we had a question, or needed help with something. The grounds were beautiful & constantly looked after.
A great location and a lovely condo with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Loved your place. Couldn't ask for a better view. Location was great to walk to town or drive to Kaanapali. Thanks for all the informations on places to eat and beaches..that helped a lot. Loved the fact that you had beach chairs and towels. We would come back.
Some of Lahaina's best eateries and watering holes within walking distance. Located in small residential area away from large resorts. Enjoy the privilege of experiencing kamaina lifestyle with many amenities with in walking distance.

$100 cancellation fee. Call for last minute discounts and discounts for long term. Rates are based on occupancy for 2 guests, additional guests are $15 per person. 7 to 10 day minimum for Christmas and New Years Holidays. All payments due in full at time of booking for Christmas and New Years and no refunds for holidays. Refunds only 60 days prior to arrival however $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Departure Time is 11:00am and arrival is 3:00pm. Balance due at time of booking on all Christmas and New Years Reservations.
