Covered parking at your door, 100 yds. to HOA beachand pier. Upper level has two bedrooms (each with twin beds), bath, plus open dining area and kitchen over looking living room, game area and fireplace. Downstairs has Master suite (Queen) and laundry area. In addition there are two twin Aero beds, each bath has a tub with shower and a separate vanity.
Spring and Summer enjoy endless hiking and biking trails or a lazy five mile raft trip down the Truckee river ( water permitting) starting at Tahoe City ending at River Ranch Restaurant. Also available is kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming, horseback riding, tennis and golf at one of 10 area courses. Enjoy a breath taking sunset from the deck or homeowner's pier.
In the winter enjoy the ski resorts of Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Homewood Mountain Ski Resort(just 2 miles away). Sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are easily accessible.
North shore and South shore casinos and entertainment are located 35 miles in either direction on Hwy 89. The driveway is plowed all winter long and there is a covered carport at your door. Convenient to the unit are restaurants and a grocery store...all within walking distance.
