This private vacation home is situated at a great location close to the middle of Marathon with just a lovely short walk or quick bike ride to the famous Sombrero Beach.

6 bedroom/ 3 bathroom with comfortable and inviting coastal designed decor. Attention to detail with fine linens and beach towels.

2 fully equipped kitchens for some easy outdoor entertaining. This amazing waterfront ocean view with private dock can accommodate up to a 30ft boat. Fenced patio with a very large heated 30x20 pool and 12 person hot tub. Outdoor entertainment area surrounded with tropical palms and foliage.

First floor has 2 queen bedrooms and one full bath. Perfect for grandparents, the in-laws, guests with babies and the list goes on.

Upstairs there are 3 queen bedrooms and the children's bunk beds bedroom along with 2 full baths.

Total is 6 bedrooms with 5 queen size beds and one set of bunk beds in children's bedroom along with 3 full bathrooms.

Needs an update

The property is large and easily accommodates a family of 10. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. The furniture on the lower level was very dated.

Great relaxing experience; appreciated the service

Pool was focus point for group & was balanced and clean. Beds comfortable & entire place clean. No yard, deck or pool area shade until mid afternoon but understand hurricane destroyed the awning. Upstairs AC died but your tech fixed it. Appreciated quick response. Will return.

Thanksgiving in Marathon

Very nice. Everything it was published as. Great location. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony or the short walk to the beach. Nice boat slip. House was great. Outside could use a little maintenance, but they seem to be working on it. Pool is nice, but a little complicated for a rental. Everything we needed was there, and we had a great time. Would definitely go back.

Me and my family of 12 stayed in this house for a week and we their was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. We had an awesome time there.Things i liked most:

The upstairs living quarters amenities are all updated and remodeled (Nice Kitchen)

Everything furnished. (Pots, Pans, dishes, glasses, Coffee cups, blender, coffee Pot, Wash Clothes and hand Towels, Paper towels, toilet paper and More)

All Big beds (standard kings and extra pillows)

The outside patio and dinner table (We ate most all of our meals out there)

The Dock on the Canal ( good fishing and even dropped in the paddle boards from there, although it was a bit difficult)

The pool (its a deep one)

Nice poolside lounge chairs

Hot Tub was relaxing ( with a Margarita in hand LOL)

The Hammock ( lots of Iguanas out there LOL)

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and short drive the the stores near by. Always seem to be a tropical breeze blowing.

Things that needs improvement:

The downstairs needs remodeling and updating (but its was fine for or needs)

The pools shallow end is not so shallow (4ft to deep in no time..But we got use to it)

Some of the outside yard lights did not work Nor the pool light ( it was dark out there at night)

Overall it was a very enjoyable place. I would highly recommend it and it was worth the price I paid

Great location, beautiful house!

We loved this house and location. It was centrally located on the island and we got a surprise being on the 4th of July parade route and within walking distance to the beach for fireworks. Very family friendly, right down the street from grocery stores and shopping. We would recommend this house to others for sure!
