The second living area, also upstairs, easily doubles as a third sleeping space when the sofa is extended to a full-sized bed. This room also has a door for privacy and an adjacent full bathroom. (Not to mention a set of glass doors that lead to the balcony with a lovely view of the neighborhood!)
