About Rick Latona
I'm in the internet business not the real estate business but I have a couple of places in New York. It's a long story. Basically, my wife, daughters and I love the city. We got one place and then stumbled on a second.
Rick Latona purchased this Apartment in 2015

Six Girls Seeing the City
Me and 5 of my best friends from grade school spent 4 nights in New York City. The time we spent their was wonderful and I have a list of pros and cons of this VRBO location.
Pros: Great location, clean apartment, awesome pantry setup with Keurig (bring your own coffee), very comfortable beds, AC was great, no need to bring shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of hot water, two of the bedrooms with wall AC units were quiet.
Cons: TV was not user friendly (had to call for help, but great response to our needs), living room sectional was like sitting on bean bags (needs to be replaced), low water pressure, one bedroom has a window unit and was noisy at night.
I WOULD RENT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
57th St Apt
This apartment was perfect! The location was very convenient to everything; Central Park, Shopping, theater and dining. Steps were a challenge, but did not present a problem. Dunking Donuts right next door for coffee and breakfast. All in all a great spot
Wonderful Spacious Place
I highly recommend this place. It is very clean, spacious, beautiful and in a great location. The only downfall is no elevator, but the owners do specify that on their page. But I would definitely say that if you have elderly people or people that are not in good physical health it would not be a good place to stay. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend it. There were 7 of us and everyone loved it and agreed we would go back. It truly is so spacious (which is very rare in NYC) and they have everything you need.
I had read some reviews before we went and they mentioned someone upstairs that works out and makes lots of noise....This is true, but knowing it upfront helped and even if you stay in a hotel you can't guarantee you won't have noisy neighbors and when you are in NY you are rarely inside- it only happened one morning while we were there (we stayed 4 nights).
The owners were amazing and helped us via text with everything we needed. I also, highly recommend the florist next door if you need any flowers. I had ordered something for my daughter who was graduating college and they were super friendly and did a wonderful job.
Great location! Great place! We stayed as a family of 2 grand-parents, 2 parents, and 2 high school students. The apartment was lovely and included all the essentials and much more. Stairs were quite alright for us, and each group should consider that detail as appropriate.
We took the Metro (subway) almost everywhere and a Lyft/Uber or two.
Great space for the whole family in an amazing location
This apartment was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms for sleeping and space to hang out together comfortably. Very comfortable beds. Freshly cleaned and very well kept. Rick was a very responsive host and allowed us to drop off our luggage early while the cleaning team finished up.
Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the subway station, less than 5 minute walk to Central Park and just 10 minutes to Time Square. Also surrounded by restaurants and a convenient CVS.
Thank you for a great experience!
Great location and space for us. The hosts were helpful.
