We have a fair Refund/Cancellation policy as below:
If cancelled within 15 days after booking 100% refund - if cancelled 30 days after booking 50% refund - No Refund after 31 days of booking date(not check-in date).
WE REQUEST PHOTO ID OF PERSON BOOKING THE PROPERTY E-MAILED TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION.
Layton Lake is a Lake community with walk in trail, parks, barbecue, tennis courts, children play and splash area. The entry pass to area is available on request.
We prefer 30 day minimum- occasionally may allow 15 day under certain circumstances- send us inquiry to see if it’s possible.
