Why 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa chose Historic Old Town
We were excited to take a blank canvas that was originally used as the fire department for the Town of Niagara on the Lake. As an avid traveller, I wanted to bring something different to the Town that was not being offered. We are proud of what we have developed and look forward to sharing it with those that love the town like we do.

Beautiful accomodations in the heart of old town
We rented the 2 bedroom unit for family who were was staying in Niagara-in-the-Lake over Thanksgiving weekend. The accommodations met our needs perfectly. The rooms were modern, large and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better, steps from Queen street, the lake and 2-3 Km from the closest wineries. We rented the 2 bedroom unit, which is actually a large 1 bedroom apartment (full kitchen, full size fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining table and 2 sofas) plus a separate hotel room with it's own bathroom. The 2 rooms are locked off from any other rooms in their own wing of the building, so I suppose the interior doors could be left open at all times to give it more of a two bedroom feel. Parking is behind the unit and exterior stairs lead to the apartments. The rooms are managed by the 124 on Queen hotel, so there is someone accessible at all times. Overall, a great experience!
Suite was very nice for 4 people. Loved the location. Close to everything. Staff was very helpful & accommodating. Loved our time in Niagara on the Lake
Loved staying here. We stayed four nights for a girls wine tasting get away. This was the perfect spot - central to everything you could want. The place was very modern and clean and very well equipped - the perfect setup for a girls trip. It is on the second floor and the stairs are steep so anyone with mobility issues might find the steps difficult. Staff was also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If we go back I would definitely stay here again. Only issue we had was that one of the TV's didn't seem to want to work but we didn't go to watch TV. I love the Victorian housing available throughout the area, but personally prefer to stay in a more modern setting and this one checked all the boxes.
Modern, clean and luxurious
I highly recommend this property!! My husband, 12-year daughter and I stayed here for five nights and didn't want to leave. It is conveniently located on a quiet street in town near all shops and restaurants and a short walk to Lake Ontario. We are generally very picky about cleanliness, and this place was spotless -- new bathrooms and kitchen with new appliances. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The Spa at 124 Queen is amazing and you get a discount on services while staying at this property. We can't say enough nice things about Niagra on the Lake or the property!! It is worth the money.
Very lovely place to stay
A very lovely place to stay, great location and appointed very nicely with first class linens and kitchen items. Everything was 5 star including our welcome by the staff who personally took us over to the villa and showed us around.
Our only disappointments: 1) we didn't have enough toiletries for our 5 night stay and would have liked to have beds changed at least once during our stay. We called over to the hotel and got the answering machine at the concierge desk and left a message to that effect and no one ever returned our call or got back to us. It could be that someone from the hotel would have told us that no housekeeping was included (and perhaps that was the case), but it would have been nice to have been responded to. 2) There is a large dumpster in parking lot where steps from the deck go down. Food was strewn all around it as it was overflowing...very disgusting to walk past each day and saw a raccoon racing across King street, through the small walkway on the side of our place directly toward it as we walked back to our place one night.
All in all, very nice accommodations in a lovely town.
We stayed at NOTL for 6 Nights and had a wonderful Holiday.
Everything you need is at the Appartement. Nice Balcony with comfortable furniture.2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms perfect for 3 Adults. You dont need a car. Shops and Restaurants in walkdistance. The first day we had Problems with Wifi, but the next day it worked fine. TV did not work for the last 3 days. And some noise from the neighbor next door. He renovatet his house outside.
