Newly renovated 1830's era historic building with top of the line granite, hardwood, and appliances. Arts District location, close to French Quarter, Mercedes Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Arena, Convention Center, restaurants, museums, shopping, and more. Balcony, high ceilings, open floor plan.

One bedroom one bath with a king bed and double sleeper sofa.

We provide coffee, filters, all dinnerware and flatware, linens, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, bar soap, detergent, dryer sheets, hair dryer, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Entries are on coded locks, and the building has cameras and access controls on entry doors.

                                                      This was a beautiful unit and conveniently located. Everything within the unit is new and works perfectly. The streetcar is diagonally across the street so you can get to any point in the city very easily. There's a supermarket, several restaurants, and the WW II Museum are within walking distance. However, this building is "in process" of being rehabbed. The entrance is less than welcoming but once you get beyond this, the unit is awesome! If you're looking for a base to move around the city, this is it.

                                                      I would note that there is a significant amount of noise from the Saint Charles Street Trolley line. I also did not prefer the language of the rental agreement which requires you to empty the trash and place it in the apartment building dumpster and place all dirty linens in the hamper. You gotta load and start the dishwasher as well. Just not really consistent with my prior experience with VRBOs. Shouldn't that be covered in the $75 cleaning fee? Also, not what I want to deal with when I gotta catch a plane. BTW I couldn't find the dumpster and still received my deposit back.

                                                      Apartment is otherwise clean and reasonably appointed. Staff was professional and provided necessary information to get into and out of the apartment.

                                                      We strive to provide a great experience for our guests.

                                                      We have changed our check out procedures and have not updated the contract. Thank you for calling this to our attention. We no longer ask guests to strip the beds. During the check in call we ask all guests to take out the trash and explain where that location is, start the dishwasher, and lock the door upon exiting the condo during check out. We ask those thing so as not to attract pests to the condo as we are not always able to enter the condo to clean on the same day as check out. We ask our guests to to take care of these items as a courtesy and we do not withhold damage deposits unless there is damage, or we have to pay the cleaning crew an additional amount based on the condition of the condo.

                                                      We loved this condo. It was the perfect size, very comfortable, neat ambiance, and a pretty good location. All my emails were responded to quickly prior to coming and we arrived later than I had said. The staff was great and texted instructions. Easy access, quiet, well thought out supplies, and an easy walk to the French Quarter (20 minutes). There are some really good restaurants within a couple blocks. We'd definitely stay here again!
