The private beach access (shared with Ellington GGG) is between 823 and 823A N. Anderson Blvd. across from the end of the driveway.
One of two storage rooms in carport is not for tenant use.
In Peak, On, and Fall Mid season, RRR’s sister house next door may be rented to accommodate an additional 8 guests. See ELLINGTON GGG #349 for more information about that house.
This home may be available for Off season winter monthly rentals. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.

Next Year Rates and Availability:
-Please note that during the current year we offer guests who wish to request in advance a specific house for specific dates during the next calendar year as an Advance Reservation Request. Rates and Availability are subject to change.
-A non-refundable Advance Reservation administrative fee is charged for each requested week.
-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available for Requests to be booked by the public beginning the Monday following the tenant's checkout morning at 9:00 AM ET.
-An Advance Request does not guarantee the rental season or the availability of a home or its rental rate for the next calendar year. The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
