About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

We had a little trouble getting the lock box open. The people we called from vacasa were right on it . The respective called the maintenance man and he got us in right away . Parking was HORIBLE . There was a parking garage within walking ..$10 a day . We lucked out and found one right in front of cando .. I strongly suggest Uber from Airport / train. Use bus which picks up right in front of unit 125. Lots within walking for when you are in the unit for meals.Great Place!
Good for buses
The location was good for riding the bus in many different directions: downtown, U district, Fremont, Ballard, Greenwood, etc.
The apartment is right on the sidewalk and there is a bus stop almost directly in front, so having blinds open is not great, and thus it is a bit dark.
It was clean and spacious.
Great condo in great location
Great price. Fit theee of us and 2 dogs comfortablly. Great location right across from Green Lake. A little noisy with bus stop right outside but not an issue. Loved our stay there. Dogs were happy!!

Great location, but apartment is just OK
My wife and I stayed for almost 2 weeks with our 4 month while renovations on our Seattle home were completed. The weather wasn't good, so we weren't motivated to take advantage of some of the amenities like the roof top deck. If staying for more than a week, know that you might run out of basics like garbage bags and TP. The home is a decent size for 2 people, but not really a cozy comfortable place to hang out in, though it is a good basecamp if you plan to be out an about the whole time.
very good location and the garage was handy to park in.
Nice and roomy for a studio apartment. The location is key and we love Retreat coffee house around the corner. The bus stop is right in front which is pretty loud in the early morning with a few people standing right in front of the place. Apart from that the kitchen was well stocked and the place was very new and clean feeling.
