Looking for a base for your upcoming Seattle adventure? This condo is dog-friendly and has access to fantastic community amenities, and is located near Green Lake in a fun, active part of town.
Green Lake Park, just a block away, is a wonderful place to swim, fish, or jog. Within a few blocks in any direction are lots of little restaurants, shops, and cafes.
The interior decor of the condo is modern and uncluttered. If you're feeling competitive, grab one of the board games and challenge a friend. Kick back and watch some cable TV, or sign onto the WiFi to look up restaurant reviews. If you'd rather eat in, the well-stocked kitchen has all the necessities and a few extras like a coffeemaker, french press, blender, and mixer. A dishwasher keeps cleanup minimal and allows you to focus on fun.
The well-appointed bedroom has a queen bed, and with the sofabed in the living room the condo can comfortably sleep four guests. For a small nightly fee, that can include two canine companions as well! There's a private washer/dryer in the condo, so don't worry about the inevitable spills and messes.
With community amenities like these, you'll want to spend time around the condo building. Use the cardio machines in the fitness room, cook a meal with new friends in the community kitchen or the outside grills, or relax in the lounge area with a coffee.
Whether you're traveling as a couple or a family, you're sure to love the Green Lake area. Catch a show at the Seattle Public Theatre in Green Lake Park, take a boat out on the water, or play a game of basketball. On a sunny day, bring a picnic and bask on the grass.

About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. <br> <br> Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. <br> <br> Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Perfect w pet—grooming place in area
Once there, loved the area... dream come true for my dog’s walk & my mani/ped/massage. Had a totrtuous 3 hr hassle to get ck in info due to required signatures... had to search for a library to print it! Don’t rent b4 paperwork complete... last minute rentals might result in hassles w vrbo. Corprations value covering their own legal ass FAR more than providing ease of service to customers! Wasn’t like good ole days when corporations bent over backwards to put customer in center over profits/CYA concerns of self!
We are very sorry to see check-in was such a hassle for this guest. Unfortunately, there are times where signatures are required and we cannot progress any further until they are obtained. Thank you!
The lake is calling
Lovely location, very well equipped and decorated, we would go there again!
Nice place hard to find
Nice place , hard to find
The condo has all the basics you need. It is spacious and clean Decor is very nice. Really great for two people. The couch / 2nd bed is ok not great. It is not air conditioned so beware if you are here in summer. That was really only negative. I would stay here again.
Awesome location. Great condo. Would recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay. Not only was the location awesome (park, lake, trail nearby), the process of checking in and getting into our unit was super easy! Condo was great! Amenities and cleanliness of the unit was great. Only negative was the heat but it also was during a historic heat wave in Seattle. I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone.
Such a cute place
This is the perfect location in Seattle. It is a 12 minute bus ride to the light rail and is situated across the street from Green Lake which is adorable! So many people outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Lots of restaurants near by. I stayed for 8 days and I had no issues. People are super friendly and helpful. I visited many other areas in Seattle on my trip and Green lake area was my favorite. It feels super safe too.
The only complaint I had was the check in process. It could have been that I arrived late and had been on a train for 30 hours but it was very confusing to me. In no way should this deter you from staying her, but just know you have to get the key from a lock box about a block away from the actual apartment. If your standing at the apartment looking out to the lake you will go left toward a coffee shop called Fix. It's right on the wall in the entrance to the parking garage. Then when you go back to the apartment you will need the fob (I had never seen this until this week) to get up the elevator. It's attached to the key and you just put it on the little box and it will beep. The email I got said put a code in for the elevator but it isn't a code it's that key thing. The only other thing you may want to know is that it does not have air conditioner. This is not normally a problem however we went in a heat wave and it was so hot. In fact it was so hot I went and bought another fan and donated it to the cause 😊 Just to clarify there is a window but it's only one for the whole place and it isn't big. The living room has a futon so it isn't big but my teenage kids slept on it fine. It's comfortable as is the bed in the bedroom. The wireless works great and so does the cable but there is no TV in the bedroom. Overall a very nice place to stay.
