I have been staying in Crested Butte for over 20 years and have come to love this unique and charming place and the friendly locals. It is magical and charming! Unique. Since discovering Crested Butte I have hardly skied anywhere else and the summer is even better! I chose my new home because of its PERFECT LOCATION in Mount CB, its MOUNTAIN VIEWS, SUNNY ASPECT from the picture windows. Also its practical layout with its updated kitchen/dining/living area, its easy to use pellet stove and proximity to the Snowcrest hot tub. My condo combines great convenience with fabulous mountain views from several aspects (even when sitting down). The shared hot tub couldn't be much closer. My condo is practical & comfortable and ideally situated for winter and summer activities. Great for couples, friends and families. I am thrilled that all this is verified by the many great REVIEWS from guests and am delighted to share my special home so others can enjoy the benefits and make their own special memories.

Having skied around the world, Crested Butte is my favorite place due to its challenges, options, charm, beauty, friendliness and great conditions. Some quote is as 'the last great ski town on Colorado'. The summer is even better - it is known as the 'Wild Flower Capital of Colorado' and as 'Mountain Biking Heaven'. It has a unique charm. It is accessible from Gunnison (30 miles) , Montrose (92) and Denver (227) Airports. Full range of winter activities - downhill and nordic skiing, skate skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides.... What makes this Condo unique

Being open plan, the 2 Picture windows open up my condo to provide almost all round mountain views even when sitting. It is also super super convenient. It is simple/practical and comfortable. Perfect for your getaway. Better than Ski in Ski out........ Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the lifts (and free local bus) in the center of Mt CB and just far enough to enjoy peace away from the main center. Also great views of Mt CB (and the other mountains). It is 5 minutes to get into Crested Butte on the free bus. The new shared Hot tub is a few steps from the front door and has the best hot tub views in Mt Crested Butte. You see the tub from my condo so can pick your time. Opens from 10 am to 9 pm daily.
