About Vacasa of Oregon Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

While standing at the balcony Sunday morning I saw a whale breech completely out of the water, just behind the last breaker. The whale breeched at least 5 times in a row. I never knew they came so close to shore!! It was amazing!!!
What a view!
Great view! Clean room!
We love the Seahorse 3D room because of the view and the perfect size for a couple just wanting to get away. This was our second visit and it lived up to everything we expected.
Spectacular Ocean View in dog friendly room
3rd story balcony overlooking the ocean. Rooms were clean and simple. Gas fireplace provided plenty of warmth. Dogs everywhere which our husky loved. Short (though steep stairs) walk down to the beach. We had a lovely stay.
While I truly appreciated the pet friendly room, I didn't find the room to be well-maintained.
The bed and the bathroom or clean. The floor was expected to be a little stained as it is a pet-friendly room. The fireplace did not work at all. The Lampshades look like they came from somebody's grandmother's attic and we're torn on the inside and looked ratty. The outside light to not have a cover and did not work on the deck. The fan and light in the bathroom needed repair also. The chairs to the table are very wobbly, be careful if you sit down.
Thank you for feedback, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay, Tracey! All of the issues you mentioned have been repaired since you left. Thank you for reporting them.
The original room we booked was disgusting. We are dog owners and understand the mess that come along with them. This dog friendly room has stained and wretched smelling carpet- why would you have carpet at the beach!?
The only redeeming quality is that upon having a discussion with the property management company, they let us change rooms. If we do stay here again, we will be very picky about the room we stay in.
We are glad that we were able to accommodate this guest due to the condition of the carpet upon arrival. We have the home scheduled for a seasonal deep clean and inspection which will allow us the opportunity to fully address any areas in need of attention. We look forward to hosting this guest again soon!
