A minute’s walk to the beautiful Kamaole 2 Beach. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Well-maintained and clean. Fully-equipped for your holiday. This is the condo to choose for your Maui adventure home base!

We, the co-owners: Bob and Kathleen and Kelley and Jack, all retired educators (one librarian and three teachers), have designed our Maui home to be as peaceful and functional as possible. No heavy furniture, no dark cabinets. Instead, the atmosphere is light, clean, and airy.

The new bathroom offers spa-like fixtures including a walk-in, adjustable-level shower, tastefully decorated with white tile plumeria blossoms and sea turtles who swim along the stone floor. The king-size bed is firm and comfortable. In the living room, the new television displays a full cable menu. The lanai is shaded from the afternoon sun and offers a quiet, cool space to enjoy the day after mornings at the beach. The Wi-Fi signal serves the entire unit well. Our flat screen TV is connected to the local cable programming as well as a dedicated Roku player that allows guests to view the full Netflix catalogue as well as other channels.

Kihei Kai Nani itself is a spacious garden complex directly across the street from the three magnificent Kamaole Beaches, where you can enjoy your morning coffee (or evening Mai Tai) after an easy stroll down the drive. Parking is free. Shops and restaurants are within convenient walking distance.

Hi, Jack here. I represent Condo 80106 on behalf of two couples who share and maintain this wonderful home base on Maui. We are three teachers and a librarian, some retired, some still going strong. The condo has offered us a wonderful home away from home, and we have worked to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Why Jack McHenry chose South Maui

We chose our condo for its light and airy feeling. The condo is an 'end unit' so it has extra windows in living room and bedroom. It is such an easy place to be. The beach is a simple walk down the driveway, and we often visit there in the morning with a cup of coffee, as well as in the evening with Mai Tais to watch the sunset and listen to the conch shells that people blow each evening. Days at the condo are special.

what a great place!

This was a wonderful condo for our stay on Maui. A lovely setting in a beautifully landscaped complex, across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. My sons enjoyed snorkeling at Kamaole Beach, as well as swimming. Ten minutes from the best body surfing and bikini beach - Makena Big Beach. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Groceries and shopping a short drive. The condo itself was lovely - cool and breezy in the heat, a private lanai, BBQ grill outside. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, beach gear to borrow. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Nice pool, laundry, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. We would be delighted to stay there again, and recommend it to all our friends. Several other condos available for rent in the same complex would make it a great setting for our next family reunion!

Excellent !

This condo is not only in a great location for walking to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, it was also one of the best well-equipped condos I have ever stayed in! It had everything you could ever need, down to the smallest detail, and the owners were very responsive and helpful with booking and endless questions! I appreciated the cleanliness and pressure of the shower, as well as the freshness of the bedding. Lots of greenery (and flowers) on all sides which was not only pretty but also helped to keep it cool inside all day.

SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN!!

Walked to beach every night, after BBQ'n dinner, to watch Sunset at Kama'ole Beach.

Didn't need a thing except toothbrush and swimsuit ;)

Clean, island style, breezes and birds chirping

I have stayed many times in Maui and Kehei Kai Nani rentals many times. This unit catches the breezes which is important with the warm tropical temperatures Its set back from the main road a bit so you don't get the road noise. The unit is furnished with all that you will need to have a pleasant stay. The grounds are beautiful. Kehei is central to anywhere you may wished to go on the island. I would be glad to rent this unit again. By the way, the pull out sofa bed is very comfortable. I've never found one I could sleep on and was very surprised to find it very comfy.

Overall very good!

Excellent location (close to beach, markets), very quiet & well maintained resort, nice pool & grill area. Furniture & equipment as described. However dishes, snorkeling equipment etc. weren't kept clean and in the first days we had a bit of a fasty smell in the apartment. Overall we fully enjoyed our stay!!

Loved this special spot !

I enjoyed my stay at this adorable condo very much. I was incredibly comfortable, it was well stocked with everything, I LOVED the location, loved the pool and the beach across the street lead to many, many walks along the Maui shores! There are stores very close and even though I had a car I walked to the shops for groceries. I felt very lucky to have found this place for my get away! Thank you for sharing your home with me!
