Our spacious, fully furnished, house is on a small exclusive complex. Perfectly positioned facing one of the two pools, set slightly to the side, giving you privacy as well. It has two balconies and a private roof terrace with sun loungers for some real sun worshiping. There are front and back terraces on the ground floor within your own private garden area with furnished patios and barbecue for your use. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lounge is very comfortable with satellite TV, DVD and a variety of English films, books and family games (great if you fancy a night in!).

great holiday in a great house
The house was in a great position 30 seconds to the pool on a lovely complex. The house is lovely it was clean, spacious and great for our family of six. It's close to the bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with Emma was great and Lynn was really helpful when we arrived. A great house and a fantastic holiday.
Well situated to pool ,restaurants and shops.
Only one air conditioning unit at the front door witch will not cool the house in any way.The air conditioner is on a meater ever two hour this would be a small fortune and still wouldn't do the job.
The house itself was well equipped but attention to detail when cleaning wouldn't go a miss eg.under sofa cushions and balcony.

Beautiful apartment with great space for all the family. The apartment has all the mod cons you need to make it a home from home. The outside space was such a bonus we had sun beds, patio furniture,a BBQ and all with a view of the pool. The pool was fab we spent hours there! The location was excellent 5 minutes to bars shops etc. 10 mins to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend renting this apartment you will not be disappointed.
Excellent holiday accomodation
everything was as described, very clean, spacious on a very clean and well cared for complex. Pool fantastic, location great with a 10 minute stroll to the beach and 5 minutes to the supermarket and resteraunts. a very up and coming area of spain and will definitely be returning
The blue flag beaches of Los Alcazeres are famous for its shallow, calm waters, making it ideal for families with children. The beautiful sandy beach extends for several miles continuing and passing in front of Los Alcazeres town. The promenade stretches along its length and makes a wonderful walk day or night.The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away from the complex.
Murcia airport is just a 7-8 minute car drive away and Alicante is about 1 Hour. Airlines are arriving from Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and Norwich and many more starting routes all the time.
The supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, banks and many other local facilities are literally on your doorstep. The area of Pueblo Patricia hosts many of the best bars and restaurants in Los Alcazeres. Situated centrally between the old town of Los Alcazeres which is 5 mins walk and equally 5 minutes to the Roda Golf and Los Nerajos area.
Cartegena and Murcia are really worth a visit but you will need a car or take a bus.
Booking Notes: To book the house a £100 booking deposit is required and the balance will then be due 90 days prior to your departure. Confirmation for both of these payments will be made to you by email. A breakages deposit of £125 will be taken and returned when the keys have been handed back. If any minor breakages occur (ie. cups, plates, glasses) please replace with either same or similar to avoid a deduction being made from your security deposit. Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible. Arrival access will be from 15.00 hours and departure from the house will need to be by 11.00 on the day of departure. If your flights are outside these times and we can facilitate you then we will of course do so. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Winter discount for late or long bookings - please enquire. Cleaning cost is inclusive for all bookings of 7 days or more
