Located in the exclusive Puerto Portals. Direct access to the port, with restaurants, bars and shops. Sandy beach with wonderful crystalline water is only 5 minutes walk. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. This 85 sq.m. apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and the pool. There is a double and two twin bedrooms, lounge with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with sliding glass windows. Air conditioning can be used either for cooling or heating. The apartment has been renovated in november 2008 and is nicely furnished.

I love Puerto Portals, this is a small trendy place with everything you need in walking distance, restaurants, shop, bars, chemist, small supermarket and a very nice beach with turquoise water.

One of the advantage of Puerto Portals is his proximity with Palma (7km) and the airport (25km).

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in the heart of Puerto Portals, is very sunny and it's got a nice view over the garden and the swimming pool.

Lovely family apartment!

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in this lovely family apartment, it was just perfect for us a family of 2 Grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children. Being on the ground floor was a bonus for going out to the beautifully clean and secure gardens and pool. The kitchen is compact but smart and has everything we needed. The bathroom is clean and fresh with plenty of hot water for showers. The bedrooms are clean and comfy with adequate storage space although the third bedroom is a little small it's ideal for children. There is a second shower off the third bedroom but we didn't use this as there was no need for us. The air conditioning works very well although it was very hot when we first went into the apartment and were a little worried it may be stuffy in the bedrooms this was not the case, it was a pleasant temperature throughout. The children were delighted that there are 2 baskets containing buckets and spades etc. We have used this apartment block a number of times over the last 4 years and thoroughly enjoy it although this is the first time we have used this apartment.

Great holiday and lovely apartment - highly recommended!

We have just returned from our second time of staying at Apartamentos de Mar. This ground floor apartment was lovely, clean and relaxing with great views over the gardens and pool. Highly recommend it for families as my wife and I and our four year old son had a great holiday. Thank you also for letting us book at such short notice and for being so helpful in all the email correspondence and communication.
