Location is the best. Find me a condo with a better location right in the middle of all the Las Vegas Strip action. There is Las Vegas Strip location and then there is this premier, in the center of it all location.
To be even more clear Jockey Club is part of the $3.9 Billion Cosmopolitan complex, next (walking distance) to the Bellagio, across the street from Paris, Planet Hollywood and Bally's (has monorail station) and walking distance to the $8 Billion City Center project (Aria, Crystal Shopping etc.). In other words, within walking distance you are in the middle of the most expensive real estate in the world!!!
The Bellagio is home of the world's #1 show "O" and the #1 water fountain show and some of the world's most spectacular restaurants. (Try Picasso for 2 Michelin Star Gourmet Dining experience). The Cosmopolitan has tennis courts, 3 world class swimming pools and Free parking all of which as a guest of the Jockey Club you get access to.
You get all of this, not a hotel room, but in a non-gaming condo offering a true escape from the bright lights of Vegas, with no noise from the casinos and a smoke-free environment. This 2 bedroom condo has a king bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a door. Total of 2 full baths. And a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are included. Everything you should need is here. I highly recommend booking at least 3 months in advance because once I get close to the dates it sells out. Running over 87% occupancy so book in advance.

Jockey Club View Suite Requests
Clearly, this is the #1 request I get. We all enjoy the view of the world famous Bellagio Fountains, a Las Vegas icon, through the windows of the Jockey Club. We are all well aware of the beauty and its desirability. The beautiful view is posted all over the internet as a, "Be sure to ask for the Bellagio view" on other website. I get that. Almost every fellow owner, exchanger and invited guest makes this request at check-in or the time of reservation.
The breakdown is that 50% of the suites are view suites and 50% are not. Please keep in mind that when you are requesting a View Suite, that the Jockey Club maintains on average an 87% occupancy rate. An 87% occupancy rate is the average occupancy on the strip and has been steadily climbing over recent years. This means that it is even higher on weekends. This substantially reduces availability of not only the View Suites but is an additional compelling reason to make your reservation booking commitment early and not delay. Being sold out close to arrival date is common especially on weekends. I give discounted rates for weekdays, Sunday to Wednesday nights.
Jockey Club has guests who check out daily. Some guests who occupy guest suites sometimes check out early but late in the day before their reservations are even up. This is what will cause a view suite to unexpectedly become available. If this became available it might be for a much later than usual check in time. Normal check in time is at 4 pm but this kind of even might trigger a say 5:30 pm check in for example.
View suite requests are made at time of check in not with me.
Early check ins before 4 pm are made more likely to occur when requesting a non-view suite. Of course, this is subject to availability and the room must be available. Personally, and this is just me, I much prefer and actually request a non-view suite. Why? Because I get a much better and quieter sleep in the non-view suite.
Whatever your request, the team at Jockey Club shall always do their best to make your stay the best it can be.
In a time when many of the casinos now charge for parking it is good to know that there is Free Self-Parking for all guests. I will provide you with full detailed parking instructions.
Check In & Out
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11 am. Early check in is available IF the room is available. Understand that is unlikely on Saturday and Sunday check ins. Housekeeping doesn't start working until 12 noon. If you arrive early and no room is available the bell staff can put your luggage in secure storage until you come back. This way you will be free to go out and eat, visit the casinos or do your activities.
The pool at the Cosmopolitan is also available to guests of Jockey Club since we are so closely aligned with them. Bring your Jockey club room key when you go. It is wise to check with the front desk on which pool at the Cosmopolitan is open as they have more than one. They have one on the 4th floor and one on the 11th floor. If you do you use their pool be sure to give me feedback about what you thought about it.
The unit does not have a washer and dryer. However, certain floors have laundry mats, coined operated machines, $1.25 for the washing machine and $1.00 for the dryer.
If you take advantage of playing tennis on the roof of the Cosmopolitan, on the 52nd floor I would love to get your feedback, videos and pictures of it.
Taxi and Airport Transfer
If you’re needing a ride from the Airport the airport is very close by. I recommend and use UBER. If you’ve never used them before download their free APP and apply the following promo code before your first trip and receive up to $20 credit! The promo code is MICHAELR18003UE. In Las Vegas UBER saves you 42% over regular cabs, gets faster service and mostly gets you more interesting drivers in better maintained vehicles. With UBER you pay in advance by credit card. Don’t forget to leave a cash tip though.

Disclosure: Note the pictures were compiled from the various units in the complex. Each unit has a slightly different color scheme and the kitchens in each unit might be slightly different than the pictures. The units have been undergoing constant updating and upgrading over the years which will account for the variations in the units and these pictures. The property were renovated over a the multi-year time period. Your actual unit will be assigned at time of check in.
