Location of this property is stunning
Depressed to be home!
I'm still thinking about this property a week later.
How I wish I lived here. So many activities to do, just what we needed after a stressful week.
Beautiful location, so peaceful (minus the planes).
Pet friendly so we even took the cat with us! He was very relaxed.
The only negative point I can think of is that the house could do with a good deep clean but I was too busy in the hot tub to pay much attention to that! The cat would go on an adventure and come back covered in cobwebs and dust lol.
Also the welcome Graze boxes are out of date so we couldn't eat them.
Will definately be returning ... unless we end up spending all our money on a hot tub!
Thank you Sharon! :D
This was our second stay within 6 months, we loved the house the first time hence the return visit. But this time we were hugely disappointed. We arrived at the house at 13.55 to find the hosts still cleaning, also they were just filling the hot tub up. This took another hour to fill and then a further 16 hours to get to temperature. Having paid for the facilities of the house for 2 nights we expected them to be ready on arrival - but we weren't able to use the hot tub until the next day and we were not informed of this until we arrived at the house. Having paid for the facilities for 2 days we only got 1 days worth of use out of them and subsequently had to change our plans so that we could make the most of the time at the house the following day. We told the hosts that this wasn't acceptable and all they said was "OBVIOUSLY it wouldn't be ready". Unfortunately to us it was not obvious, there is no information regarding this on the website, no information when booking and no information before we arrived. If you are staying at the house be prepared to wait 16 hours for the Hot Tub! The hosts did not try to rectify this situation - they offered no alternatives, no refund was provided and they didn't even appologise.
We have informed them to update their booking information and hope that they do this to ensure future guests are not disappointed
What an amazing place and host, couldn't speak highly enough of this property. Sharon was amazing and couldn't be more helpful, she also left us a lovely welcome package. Great location for visiting London, you are only a 10min walk from a Sunnymeads train station with direct journey to Waterloo in only 45mins. We've already said that we can't wait to go back. Many thanks again Sharon for everything and hopefully be back soon Ben, Tracy, Freddie and Archie
Beautiful location and relaxing place to stay!
What a lovely place location is stunning and the bungalow has something for everyone couldn’t ask for more.
Stunning location, great facilities, Birthday present for son and Easter eggs which was lovely.
Lovely bungalow . Had a lot of choice of facilities if you wanted to use, including hot tub, sauna, karaoke, piano, telescope. Fab location if travelling to Legoland and Windsor . Overall we had a lovely stay. The only constructive criticism would be to give lounge, kitchen and bathroom a good clean .The Bedding and bedrooms were clean x
