This expansive split-level home boasts over 2,780 square feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, and 2.5 baths.
Traveling with kids or teens who want their own space? There’s a second living area in addition to the main space, with a mini ping pong and air hockey table, as well as flatscreen TV.
Whoever’s on cooking duty won’t find it a chore in the spectacular chef’s kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and handsome granite countertops. There’s also an outdoor gas grill for those who prefer their meals al fresco.
The master bedroom retreat has a plush king-sized bed and gas fireplace; the massive en suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom, and both have queen beds. The bonus room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and access to a bathroom with shower.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
There’s plenty to see and do here. Summer months offer hiking, fishing, golf and kayaking. Winter brings world class skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe, while snowmobile rides are available just a few minutes from the house.
Nearby dining choices include Mexican food, burgers, and California cuisine. Lira's Market offers a full-service grocery and deli - also located in the immediate neighborhood.

In response to El Dorado County's ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License 2159. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable County occupancy is 10 people and 5 cars; over occupancy, or additional vehicles will be result in County citation/fine (enforced 24 hours per day). Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
