The pool ranges from 3 to 8ft deep and is 38ft x18ft. The above ground hot tub seats 5 and offers 43 incredible jets that lead to soothing, blissful relaxation. Seven different types of adjustable and rotating jets will help to relieve every tired muscle.
The home features 3 bedrooms with different configurations to fit all your needs during your stay. The master suite includes a king-size bed, full bathroom, large walk-in closet and private access to the yard, pool and hot tub. The second bedroom located off the hallway features a queen-size bed, ample closet space and two windows. The third bedroom can be customized to fit your needs, as it is equipped with a desk and chair for any office needs as well as a futon that can be converted to a full-size bed. Both guest bedrooms have easy access to the bathroom located off the hallway.
One of the best features of this property is feeling like you are at your own private resort. However, when you choose to leave the property, you are just 5 minutes away from the many restaurants, bars, and shops that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. The cost of missing or broken property, abuse of property or furniture, or any additional cleaning fees will be taken from the security deposit upon inspection of the property after check out.

No tax on stays longer than 28 days.
No amplified music outside.
Minimum renter age = 25; a picture of your id will be taken.

Rental occupants may keep a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway.
