Fabulous cottage in a great part of Key West

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this lovely Conch house in a nice, low-key part of Key West. It was just perfect for our family and we loved the fact that we could walk everywhere and yet still be far enough away from the crowds on Duval Street. The house has everything you need and made our stay extremely comfortable, especially given we were travelling with our two young children (3yrs and 1yr old). There were great places to eat and get take out within close proximity which we found really handy (El Siboney is right on the corner and Bad Boy Burrito just a few minutes down the road). Fausto's (about a five minute walk) was great for all other necessities. It was starting to get really hot as we left and we loved coming back to the coolness of the cottage and its lovely shady garden. The owners went out of their way to be helpful to us and communication with them was quick and easy. Overall, a fabulous stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and especially those with young children. As a side note for those with young children at the hotter times of the year - the public swimming pool on Catherine Street and the Monroe County Library on Flemming are great places to take the kids.

Excellent Conch Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Excellent Conch Cottage close to downtown. Enjoyed a month in Key West, able to walk anywhere in town. One of the Best Cuban Restaurants almost next door to the house. I would recommend the comfortable house to anybody wishing to explore the Island of Key West.

House was even better then described. Close to everything and the cuban restaurant at the end of the street is a local hangout the serves the best Cuban coffee on the island. I can't wait to book again next year.

Pleasant cottage...perfect location.

  • 4 of 5

The picture's represent the cottage well. The living/kitchen area is spacious, opening onto the deck. We especially enjoyed having the doors open to the deck. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths were definitely a perk.

Location was perfect for us as we like to park the car & ride our bikes. We were a short ride to Higgs Beach and the middle of Duval.

We would definitely return. FYI...Cuban restaurant on the corner was tasty...convenient to walk to for dining or carry out.
