INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the library/media room. The master has a king-sized bed and beautiful French doors out to the backyard, and the attached master bath has granite counter tops and a spacious shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen-sized beds.
The home’s second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and access to the backyard for easy bathroom breaks when hanging out at the pool.
Stretch out on the leather sectional sofa in the slate tiled living area and watch the flat screen TV. If there’s a chill in the desert night air, add warmth from the fireplace. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem. Head to the separate library/media room!It has a 4K 55” TV with full Dolby sound and a Swedish sofa with a pull-out platform bed to sleep 2 more guests (double doors to the media room have been installed, but are not shown in the pictures).
Directly off the media room is the 3rd full bathroom along with a closet and access to the patio.
The modern kitchen features stainless appliances, sparkling white counters, and cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need to cook. There’s even a built-in wine cooler to keep your whites chilled for dinner!
Once the meal is ready, take a seat at the modern snakewood dining room table for 8 and enjoy.
Best of all, though, is the backyard. This neighborhood was developed by famous mid-century developer Meiselman and has a backyard that is twice the size of most homes in the adjoining areas. Head to the patio and enjoy a breathtaking pool with waterfall, a 4-person Jacuzzi tub and fire pit —both perfect for desert evenings. You’ll also find an 8-person dining table under the patio with natural slate tile and a 3-person bar at the island grill with a built-in Bull barbecue And all of this is anchored by views of the desert mountains!

The Spa Casino and the PS Convention center are literally 2 minutes if you hit the one stop light at the right time.
