Located in the Sherman-Grant historic district, this quaint Victorian flat/condo is ideal for visiting downtown Denver. Just a short walk (two and half blocks) to the State Capital building and 16th Street Mall (six blocks) puts you in the middle of downtown. Located less than three miles from any of Denver's major sporting venues (public transportation just a block away).

This is a non smoking condo.

Parking is available at a public pay lot just 4 buildings from the condo at the corner of 12th Ave. and Sherman St. Bus service picks up one block from the condo with connections to everywhere. There are tons of fabulous restaurants all within walking distance. Very hip and variant neighborhood

Located on the first floor and a corner unit, this home is furnished with all linens, towels and paper products. The kitchen is bright with color and equipped with all the basics... pots pans, cookie sheet, coffee maker etc, blender, food chopper, dinnerware, glassware etc. In the bedroom is a queen Therapeutics Visco mattress(very comfortable). The living space has a LCD flat screen TV, cable and wifi.

The floor plan is open and flowing through the 920 square feet. Hardwood floors through out and slate flooring in the bathroom. This home is clean, quiet and perfect for enjoying all of Denver's amenities.

This condo is rented to one or two persons only as there is only 1 queen bed. The only exception to the maximum occupancy is for infants to 1 year old children sleeping in a Pac n Play or similar portable crib.

Parking is available in the residential public lot approx 4 buildings down the street at 12th and Sherman.......but the the best public parking is on Bannock and 12th Ave., by the Denver Art Museum. ...(this info subject to change)

We enjoyed the proximity to the city and the comfortable amenities. My daughter wishes to take the bed home with her!! Thanks also for allowing us to check in early and check out late. Fun space, great location.

Fun apartment, great central location. Close to museums, lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the airport with light rail and free 16th Street bus.

Bed was softer than we like, landlord plans to replace the mattress. Should note that the shower is a claw foot tub, a little awkward to get into if you are short.

Overall very nice, clean, would stay there again. Landlord was very responsive.

Sherman Street Gem!

My wife and I just yesterday arrived back home after a wonderful anniversary stay in Denver at Sherman Street. Matt has very tastefully and COMFORTABLY decorated and furnished this 900+ square foot apartment. Matt was accessible at all times and answered any questions we had. It is located in the popular Capitol Hill neighborhood, within easy walking distance to most downtown sights. We would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Denver. The only suggestion we could make would be to have a hanging soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower/tub. It would be a welcome, but not essential convenience. Thank you again Matt!!

Such warmth. Great location.

This was a fantastic place to stay with plenty of room for my partner and I to laze around when we were not exploring the gorgeousness of Colorado. If you're looking for a super-modern, glass and metal high-rise, this is not the place for you. But if like us you want to have the comfort of a neighborhood - with stores nearby to walk to, lots of shade trees, and friendly neighbors this fits the bill. We enjoyed our visit immensely and Ed helped us troubleshoot a little cable TV issue without batting an eye. The one thing you'll want to think about: there are parking rules on the streets and during daytime hours you have to move your car every couple of hours. We didn't have a problem because we were gone most days, but it might bother folks. We didn't have any difficulty finding street parking, though, and didn't have to use pay lots the week we were visiting.
