Falcons nest is a large 3 bedroom family villa that can easily accommodate an extended family or three couples. Situated in a beautiful part of Kalkan, its modern design ensures stunning sea views from every room! The villa includes Wifi,an infinity pool, large sun terrace with sunbeds, parasols and garden furniture. A built in BBQ is situated in the well stocked garden, including Olive, lime and sweet pepper trees. An outside shower allows for a quick cool down and specially designed Roman steps allow easy access to the pool. The Villa has local boat captains as neighbours, ensuring a tranquil environment. Two balconies and a large roof terrace with table and chairs provide enough space for those quiet moments. The villa also has its own garage and its elevated position allows more privacy than most villas. The villa position allows access by foot into the town in 15mins (our boys take 8 mins, our parents 20 mins, but the first 200 m are steep) and enjoys a cooling breeze in the summer months that is absolutely necessary. Also our taxi contact charges around 18 lira into town, which at 2016 prices is £4.00. Being above the crowds and away from the noise is simply blissful, and there is a local shop and fruit and veg stall 2 min walk away. To add to the position we can also offer a private days sailing on our beautiful gullet "Lady Grace" (June to September) at a cost price. She will be moored at Kekova for 2017 which is a stunning area about 1 hour from Kalkan. There is a sunken City, and a Medieval castle to visit, only accessible by boat.Lady Grace is our private gullet, and only villa guests may use her. in 2018 we are hoping to add a kayak for our customers enjoyment

About Sara Morrison
We first visited Kalkan during 2010 and we were immediately hooked! Like so many people we fell in love with its charm, culture, people and restaurants. We have been looking for a retreat abroad for several years with little success, but Kalkan changed this, a magical place where East meets West. I visit Turkey on a regular basis through work, and local people are always amazed that we have discovered Kalkan, and even to them it is a special place. It is not very often you find somewhere that has everything, well to us Kalkan is that place, and it would appear it has the same effect on so many other holiday makers. We feel very privileged to be able to enjoy this part of the world, so much so we have invested in three stunning villas, TK818, TK3376 both are in the same location
Sara Morrison purchased this Villa in 2011
Why Sara Morrison chose Kalkan
Kalkan is a magical place, nestled at the foot of the Taurus mountains, the village meanders down through cobbled streets to a quaint harbour. The numerous restaurants offer amazing choice in a romantic setting, and the beach clubs with various water sports provide entertainment. We purchased our villa for its space, design and position. It is a 20 minute walk into town, or a short ride in a taxi. It is very close, but nestled on the mountain giving spectacular views with a blissful breeze. Our local contacts provide support, from car hire to trips to the local attractions.
What makes this Villa unique
The villa has full air conditioning and en-suite facilities and including the garden and terrace covers 400sq metres, ensuring plenty of space and unobscured views of the bay. It has been built to a very high standard, with local travertine tiles throughout. The villa has a stone built BBQ and an outside shower to improve the experience. The pool has Roman steps for ease of access and there is a large shaded and non-shaded patio area to relax and dine. Our garden is mature, with banana, lime, olive and sweet pepper trees growing naturally, and the cooling breeze provides welcome relief in the summer months.is unique in Kalkan!
