This privately owned two storey house is in an ideal position and is great for families and friends. There is lots of space in the Arizona complex and also lots to do in Puerto Rico, but the main attraction is the micro climate weather that gives all year round sunshine. The lovely beach and harbour are only about 10 minutes walk away. The new Amadores Beach is a further 15 minutes stroll. Argiuineguin fishing village and market is about 5 kilometers away. Mogan with its fantastic marina can be a great day out and you can catch the boat from the harbour every hour.

The property is in the ideal position for shops restaurant's and nightlife
The property is just what you see in the photos we arrived 22nd April 2018 for 1 week ,We was met by Tony who explained pretty much everything you needed to no,there is shops close by and plenty of restaurants and bars,the beach is about 10min walk away and the bus station about 5 mins away so the property is ideally placed .The complex is well looked after also around the swimming pool .
Would we return YES
There was 4 adults but I would say it would also make a good family rental as well.

We loved it. Apartment was very clean and had a pleasant terrace with the sea view.
Toni met us at the airport and did transfer for a reasonable price. Location is very good. You don't need a taxi, you have in 10 minutes beach, in 5 minutes commercial centre, in 7 minutes bus station.
Although if you looking for silence, it is unsuitable apartment, because you can hear a music till 3 a.m. King bad has a very bad mattress (hard ant soundy), there is a bad smell from the sewerage.
David the owner was very helpful to us. He gave us lots of information about the resort which saved us time and money. Would definitely stay again
Great place, great location.
Great property, very clean and tidy. In a great location, in middle of everything. David the owner was amazing and kept in touch all the way up to the holiday, answered any questions I had. Tony could did the taxi runs was good aswell, saved us some money instead of getting a proper taxi to/from airport. Only downside was no air-con so can get a little muggy at night, but managed with the fan that was provided in the bedroom. Would recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 weeks July into August . David the owner from our original contact was superb. Very helpful regarding any questions we had and anything we wanted to know . The property itself is split on 2 floors . Kitchen/Living Room and Bathroom 1 is downstairs along with a utility room at the rear housing a greatly appreciated washing machine / drying area . Upstairs are 2 decent sized bedrooms and Bathroom 2. Both Bathrooms have showers . At the front is s lovely patio area with seating for al fresco dining as well as sunbeds. The sun was pretty much over the patio for 9 hours a day . If you wanted to cool down a 2 min walk and you were at the pool which is of a decent size . David is fortunate to employ a lovely couple who look after the property for him and they really are brilliant. Tony will pick you up from the airport and also offers a return service for €35 each way which is very reasonable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook etc and plenty of clean towels for those sandy days at the beach. Overall this is a great place to stay and prices are very reasonable and affordable . The complex is minutes away from Bars and shops as well as supermarkets and many many restaurants to choose from . 2 beaches are within 30 mins walking distance as well as a marina and plenty of trips are also available should you wish to partake . If you want to go further afield then taxis 2 mins away are available 24/7 so really you have everything on your doorstep and a great base to explore the area . Wow....amazing job. Second time with my best friend. Refreshed and feels homely. Owner organised for transport what was great. Fabulous weather, close to the beach and the town centre. Swimming pool was just perfect for me as I'm not a swimmer.

Las Palmas airport is about 50 kilometers away but the motorway is easily accessed from Puerto Rico. Owner can recommend airport transfer companies.
