We are Robert & Vera Biggs, nearing retirement age.Our property was purchased 7 years ago for family holidays and decided to rent . As we enjoyed the location so much, by renting out our lovely townhouse we can hopefully share our experiences with others

Very clean and comfortable house in a great location.
We first stayed here in April 2018 and were immediately impressed with how clean and well-maintained this house was, which is why we were happy to return 6 months later. That good standard has been maintained. The less obvious features that are important to most of us probably includes a plentiful supply of hot water and good shower - great on both counts - in both bathrooms. The owners have also upgraded WiFi and digital TV availability, perhaps more important later in the year with longer nights. The house is in a good location for supermarkets, commercial centre and restaurants. It is also a few minutes drive to the wonderful beaches and fantastic dunes. Our return visit underlines my first review back in April. Thanks again to Robert & Vera.

Lovely property, easy walking access to town and beach.
Lovely complex, close to lots of good amenities, short walk to town and beach, easy access to other attractions on the island. The house has three patio areas, not including the roof terrace, good for outdoor meals, the washing machine and line for drying was a real boon too. Thanks for having us.
Not up to expectations.
The beds are of poor quality with thin soft mattresses on wooden slats and we were not able to get a decent nights sleep.
There are no chairs or stools in the bedrooms.
The lighting in the lounge and kitchen areas is very poor. There are no lights over either of the bathroom mirrors.
TV reception was very poor. The signal kept pausing and then eventually freezing. BBC in particular had very poor reception most of the time. ITV was somewhat better. WIFI was good for sending and receiving e-mails and for reading news websites.
There are no English language instructions for the domestic appliances.
The property manager was very helpful.

This is the very first complaint received regarding beds and our lighting ( they were not cheap as implied ).
We do listen to the reviews but some matters are out of our control ( Wi-Fi down load speeds ). These can be affected by weather conditions as informed by our provider.
The white goods are standard and easy to use. Jim our agent has always been on hand to assist and help with any problems. If the guest notifies Jim or us.

This property is a second home. It is within walking distance for all amenities yet far enough away to have a quiet stay. Can't recommend enough
The townhouse is within 10 mins walking distance to the flagged beaches with numerous water sports.
30 mins from Puerto de Rosario airport. Taxis available from airport approx 60 + euros. Airport pick up can be arranged up to 4 €35.00 Car hire is not essential as within walking distance to most things.
Corralejo town is a 20 mins stroll. Local restaurants, bars and shops 2 mins outside complex.
There are plenty of taxis available at all times. Journeys to/from town are approx 4 euros. Market every Monday and Friday morning, 5 mins walk.

Booking Notes: 30% deposit on booking (non-refundable) booking confirmed on receipt. Balance due 8 weeks prior to visit. Also £200/265 euros breakage deposit to be paid along with balance.
