3 bedroom attractive traditional Villa with a modern interior in peaceful location with excellent far reaching sea views.

Attractive, well maintained private second line villa with views directly to the sea and the Island of Majorca. The villa has 3 good sized double bedrooms all with large fitted cupboards/wardrobes, a fully fitted and furnished open plan kitchen lounge, complimented by a large dining garden room. The large private pool is surrounded by a paved area for sunbeds and outside dining, the covered BBQ and garden completes the private area. The large gated entrance leads to private parking at the side of the villa.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars,water park and go-kart are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Cala'n Bosch with its very picturesque marina has shops, restaurants, bars and beach and is just a 10-15 minute stroll.

However when I booked it I saw some pictures of the villa which were wrong – they were nothing like it at all – in fact the villa was far far better than the pictures.

Notes on accommodation: The villa has double glazed windows throughout with the addition of fly screens to all bedroom/bathroom windows. Air-conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge, which provided doors are left open will cool remaining bedrooms. Electric fans are also available. Cot and highchair can be provided on request for a small charge. Outside: Large private 9m x 4m pool and enclosed garden. Patio table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. Covered built in brick barbecue. Roof terrace. Parking available within grounds. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, bath/hand towels are provided and changed each week if the rental is for 2 weeks or more. Please note that beach/pool towels are not included. The villa is cleaned before arrival and on departure. A beautiful well equipped villa

The villa is very well equipped, and even though it was exceptionally hot, the fact there were only 2 a/c units was fine. One of the guests, my 91 year old mother, was absolutely fine in the villa.

The pool was nice and deep, which made swimming more enjoyable.

The new TV had the full UK Sky service, which some would appreciate.

Fantastic Villa with a Great Swimmimg Pool. Terrace with fab sea views. The Villa is well proportioned and is situated in a quiet area that offers a relaxing holiday. The pool area is secluded and not overlooked. A 15 minute walk along the seafront brings you into the harbour area with a vast amount of Restaurants ideal for families.

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this fabulous villa. Location was great, only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets bars and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped with everything that you need. The views are amazing with lovely sunsets. The pool is a great size and very well kept.

I cannot fault this villa in any way and would highly recommend it. Hope to return again!

Beautiful, relaxing, family villa :-)

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay in this beautiful villa. My 2 boys, aged 6 and 4 had a brilliant time in the lovely pool, which we struggled to get them out of, the photo's do not do this villa justice, it is very roomy, has all mod cons that you would use at home, there is ample crockery/cutlery etc, and we didn't want for anything. The 10 minute walk along the coast road to the marina, was very relaxing in the evening prior to eating. The view from the roof terrace is amazing, we saw stunning sun sets, and saw 2 dolphins swimming in the evening, which was a dream come true for us. We look forward to returning next year, and will be booking as soon as we know my husbands holidays :-) thankyou Marie for letting us stay in your stunning villa xx

Lovely Villa

My wife and I, with our 1 year old daughter, had a fantastic week in villa 'Moby Dick'.

The location is beautifully quiet, near the rocky shore and lighthouse. The sunset here is really quite stunning, especially viewed from the roof terrace. It is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and the beach at Cala n'Bosch.

The villa itself was very well kept and felt homely and welcoming. The pool and space around it was much bigger than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very well designed and decorated.

Marie, the owner, was helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival, and we really appreciated staying here!

Overall if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet, in peaceful surroundings and not too far from the family-friendly Cala n Bosch, then this villa comes highly recommended.

Coast/Beach:

Rocky coastline just a short walk away. Sandy beaches just 10-15 minutes walk away.

Travel:

Mahon Airport is approximately 45kms (40-50 mins) drive by car. A taxi from the airport is about 75 euros. Nearest ferry port, Ciutadella 15 mins drive. Car hire is recommended to view the Island but not essential.

Distances:

The local buses run every 20 mins and the stop is within easy walking distance from the villa .The nearby resort of CalaN Bosch is a 10 min walk, the nearest town Ciutadella is 15mins by car. The island is small so to visit anywhere will not take you more than an hour by car to any of the other resorts or towns.

Further Details:

Within 4 - 5 mins walk from the villa there are several supermarkets, restuarants, bars, water park and go-kart track. The marina in Cala'n Bosch offers boat-trips, scuba diving courses, bars, restuarants and evening enterainment. There is also a Doctors and chemist situated within the small shopping complex. A mini-train travels around the resort for a lift back.
