'Villa Lechuza' is situated right on the front of the cliffs in a secluded spot with amazing views and just a short walk from the centre of the small village of Cala Pi, with its great restaurants and pretty sheltered beach. The villa has a large upstairs master bedroom with picture postcard views and ensuite bathroom with bath. The two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom with shower and one bedroom has French doors which open out onto the terrace with stunning view. There is an additional downstairs cloak-room/shower room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dish-washer, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and separate dryer. The spacious and airy living room has two large sofas set around the fireplace and satellite TV, DVD, video and music facilities, as well as wi-fi. There is a dining room inside as well as a large dining area on the outside terrace for al fresco dining. There is also an outside lounge area with fireplace. Surrounding the swimming pool overlooking the sea are several terraces for sun loungers and a garden with attractive plants and shrubs. There is also a car-port and small drive for up to three cars.

About Robbie Stringer
Robbie and Oliver bought Villa Lechuza in 2007 for their own use and to share with family, friends and others. They have both been coming to the island for many years and liked Cala Pi as it is slightly off the beaten track but still not too far from Palma. And as soon as they saw the view from the villa they knew they had found a very special place. Villa Lechuza is not your standard rented property but feel likes home the minute you walk through the door. We have been lucky with the people that have stayed so far, recognising that Villa Lechuza is a home and treating it as if it was their own. We hope that many more people will be able to enjoy this stunning and incredibly relaxing villa.

We recently returned from a week at this villa. Its beautifully located for pure relaxation.
The villa is located on the southern side of the Island, with beautiful sea views . Well equipped, clean and well maintained, the villa offers a real retreat and we hope to be able to return again. I would recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful retreat and want the 'home from home' feeling. We are missing it already!

Lage, Lage, Lage
Gut und komfortabel eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Blick von der Terrasse über den Pool direkt auf das Meer. Herrlich ruhig. Wer trotz des großen Pool an einen Strand will, muss ca. eine halbe Stunde weit fahren. Die örtlich ca. einen km entfernte Badebucht ist wenig einladend und über viele Stufen erreichbar.
Many people love the beach in Cala Pi because it is small, gently sloping, in one of the most beautiful coves on the island, and ideal for children. However, there are many steps down to the beach, so maybe not ideal for everyone. The closest big beach is 20 minutes drive way at Es Trenc, and one of the best beaches in Mallorca, although parking is more difficult these days

Charmantes Haus in erster Meereslinie mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und guter Ausstattung. Ländliche Lage, etwas für Ruhesuchende. Ein Mietwagen ist also Pflicht.
Nach Llucmajor 15 KM, nach Santanyí 30 KM.
In Santanyí unbedingt einmal den Wochenmarkt besuchen.
We would also recommend a hire car, although there is a shop in the village for basic provisions, several good restaurants and the airport only 25 minutes away, so possible by taxi
Cala Pi is situated on the south coast just outside the Bay of Palma. It has one of the most beautiful coves in Mallorca with a secluded sandy beach suitable for families, just 10 minutes walk from the villa.
Just 15/20 minutes drive a little way along the coast is Es Trenc, arguably the best beach in Mallorca.
Palma airport is just 25 minutes easy drive away.
Car hire is recommended as there are few proper food shops in Cala Pi, unless of course you don't want to cook and there are several very good restaurants in Cala Pi.

The nearest market town is Llucmajor, just 10/15 minutes drive, and Sa Rapita is another seaside village along the coast.
Cala Pi is a very quaint and unspoilt Spanish seaside village where many Mallorquins have weekend places. The beach is stunning and very safe and there are several excellent restaurants.
Excursions can be booked at the Cala Pi club a small and tasteful timeshare complex. Bike hire is also available from here.
