A lovely cottage, a very generous welcome pack in a beautiful setting provided all we needed for our trip to the Algarve. Thankyou Ian and Mags , we loved our stay and will certainly return.
The cottage was lovely. In a very peaceful and private setting. It had everything we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. Mags and Ian were so welcoming. We were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to spend a few days and the cottage was perfect for that. It was so peaceful and although there are houses nearby, it was really secluded and private. The welcome pack that was supplied had everything we needed to get started and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. All in all we had a fabulous stay. Wish it could have been longer!
We were given an extremely warm welcome by the owners, Ian and Mags, and provided with an excellent welcome pack containing a variety of foods and drinks. The cottage was exactly as described, beautifully presented and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The environment lends itself to a very relaxing, peaceful holiday and yet we were only a 10 min drive to the nearest town with all its amenities. The pool is wonderful positioned to get maximum sunshine, as are the terraces. Ian and Mags are readily available if needed but give total privacy.
My girlfriend and I stayed here in June for a week. It was great, we had complete privacy, great pool and hot tub.
The welcome gift basket was a really nice touch.
Was perfect for our week of R&R.
We stayed here for a week in May. It was simply perfect for the 2 of us. The private pool and jacuzzi were great!
The welcome basket was great given we flew in so early and were both wrecked. It had everything we needed to get started.
The cottage is in a peaceful location with lovely views. The viewing platform was an added bonus and was great for a sundowner drink.
The owners helped us organise quad biking and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The lamb at the Tia Bia is superb.
We absolutely loved it and i’d highly recommend it for couples.
perfect for getting away from it all
Lemon tree cottage is ideal for escaping but having the reassurance of the owners close by. We did not actually see them after they met us until we were leaving again but that was because we did not need them for anything as everything was in perfect working order and there was absolutely nothing the place lacked. First and foremost, the views are outstanding. We never got tired of them. The pool area is well maintained and the flowers were beautiful. We also loved the huge tv with bbc 1 itv etc. The bed was comfy and there were books, board games, tourist info and all sorts of wee extras like fans and cool bags and stuff for the beach. Ian and Mags provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. We wouldn't hesitate to return and can thoroughly recommend.

The local bird watching was excellent and i am sure that any UK birder would be excited with the range of species to be seen in the area . I am also sure that there are other species to be found in the area that i missed .Alex and Liz May 2017
