Lovely villa in a perfect location
The villa had everything we needed and was in a quiet road with other villas. The pool was great and looked lovely at night with the lights on.
The beach, shops and restaurants are all within a couple of minutes walk, I couldn't believe how close everything was especially how quiet by the villa.
It was perfect for our family and looking forward to coming back next year. I would definitely recommend it.
Great location, lovely villa complex. The villa was clean and airy, lovely pool area too!
This is a high standard villa in a great location, lovely local supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and costal bars. We had a great week here 😍
I would like to make other holiday makers aware that there is actually a 7/8 storey hotel positioned right behind this villa, even though none of the pictures show this. The hotel has lots of balconies that look into the garden / pool area and villa and we found this very intrusive. The loading bay, bins and staff entrance for the hotel is also behind the villa which added to the noise from the hotel. My husband and I would also not describe this villa as luxurious or stylish - it needs a lot of TLC in our opinion. We also felt that the level of cleanliness was below par compared to the many other villa's we have stayed in over the past 10 years. To say the least we were hugely disappointed with the villa and would not recommend it but the area was lovely.
I was very disappointed to hear of Rebecca's experience. I have never had bad feedback and guests are usually full of praise for the English couple who look after the villa and pool and even make it a point to tell me about them. Had they, or myself been informed during they stay that the villa wasn't to their standard, an additional clean would have been arranged. There would have been plenty of opportunity to tell them with the Meet & Greet or when they clean the pool- which is twice a week, or they could have called/ emailed me using the free wifi which every bar/ restaurant has. Unfortunately no one is able to control bird droppings on the balconies/ outside areas.
There is the hotel tennis court, and then the hotel at the back, however I wouldn't have thought that would cause such a problem, again it has never been a problem in the past, and I have had a lot of repeat bookings. I have, however emailed the hotel about their loading bay, as I'm sure they wouldn't want to disturb their own guests and with Cyprus's main income coming from tourists, they certainly strive to please the visitors and are very accommodating, they may have just changed supplier or delivery times.
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks for our wedding at The Golden Coast Hotel. The villa was spacious with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. The bars and restaurants are just round the corner along with a taxi rank and bus stop. There are 2 beautiful beaches within a few minutes walk, one of which leads to the coastal path to Protaras. Gary and Mags were on hand whenever needed with plenty of advice. Exactly what we were hoping for when we booked.
Great place, we loved it

Special interest holidays:
Great area to do watersports- kayaking, canoing, scuba diving. Great for walking around the national park and geo-caching. Great for rock climbing. You can get a good few of the 'Ghost city' and there are a lot of historical sites.
150 metres from Pernera beach, 200 metres from Louma beach. All beaches have white sand and clear blue, clean water with sun loungers available for hire and water sport facilities. Great for all water sports including scuba diving, and fishing.
65km, 45 min drive from Larnaca airport, 120 mins from Paphos airport.
Car hire is not essential as all you need is in easy walking distance from the villa and there are plenty of taxis and a local bus route if you want to explore further.
50 metres from shops and tavernas of Pernera. Located in a quiet and peaceful spot, situated between two big towns which are less than 5 mins drive away. 5km from Ayia Napa.
Paralimni 5 mins drive. Protaras 5 mins drive. Ayia Napa 15 mins. Larnaca 45 mins. Troodos mountains 90 mins drive. Pathos 120 mins drive.
The villa is situated in Pernera, between Paralimni and Protaras two busy towns, and 5km from Ayia Napa. There is plenty to do in the area, with a small water park and aquarium both 2km from the villa, or in nearby Ayia Napa is the largest water park in Europe; WaterWorld. Cape Grekko National Park is 8km away, great for walking and scuba diving in the Sea Caves.
Pernera, set in a quiet and very pretty location, has many bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. There are plenty of activities for the friends, families and couples to do. Your holiday can be as lively or relaxing as you want it to be. Pernera’s local sandy beach is also the host to a small church, café, children's playground, watersports and a fishing harbour.
Protaras. If you fancy going a little bit further a field then Protaras has Fig Tree Bay with bigger sand beaches only a short 3km journey down the road. Protaras has a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafés, watersports, tourist shops, excursions and a good night life. Whether you choose a dance at one of the club's or a quiet drink at one of the music bars. There is plenty to keep all guests entertained day and night.
Ayia Napa is a well known part of Cyprus famous for its night life but, Ayia Napa is more than just night life. There are large sandy beaches with restaurants and bars, as well as places for guests to shop. If you want to look for the real Cyprus go and see the Monastery which can be found in the centre of Ayia Napa.
