This is an exceptional air conditioned property well located along the shores of Sao Martinho Do Porto. Just 200 meters from the beach. Perfectly located for the beach in the day and for returning later on to dine at the fantastic restaurants in the evening.

The property is well equipped as a home away from home and features a jacuzzi bath, en-suite to master bedroom, DVD player with over 200 DVDs and a PlayStation with 180 games to choose from.

The apartment benefits from Satellite television, a high quality iPod docking station and two bikes.

Additionally there are some board games and books. The lounge is spacious and can seat 7, the dining table can seat 8. The balcony has furniture for 6 people and there are 3 sun loungers.

The pool is the largest in Sao Martinho Do Porto and it can be seen from the balcony; there is also a small children's play area. The private garage below can house 2 cars.

How to get there: You can get to Sao Martinho Do Porto from Lisbon airport by coach and rail (via central Lisbon) or by car or taxi.

Driving time is around 1 hour and there are plenty of hire car companies to choose from. Alternatively if you don't want to take the car then we recommend the coach from central Lisbon which is a comfortable ride costing around 9 Euro each way. You'll need to get a taxi to the coach station from the airport which would cost around 20 Euro.

There are direct trains from Lisbon too but they have so many stops en-route to Sao Martinho Do Porto that the journey takes a much longer time than is necessary.

You can fly to Porto (2.5 hour drive) or Faro (3.5 hour drive).

This was one of the worst experience that my family have into an apartment rent into São Martinho.

Choose another one because this one is absolutely not care and non clean apartment.

Sao Martinho Do Porto is a beautiful town with a unique shell bay that is almost completely separated from the Atlantic. This means the waters are generally warmer than the exposed beaches and the waters are calm. The sand is wonderfully soft and shimmers silver. There are plenty of wonderful walks around Sao Martinho Do Porto and the surrounding countryside. The restaurants are absolutely fantastic with plenty of fresh fish to sample in the many traditional Portuguese restaurants. There are also Italian restaurants and a Swiss restaurant to try.

A typical meal in Sao Martinho Do Porto with wine for two will cost you 30-40 Euro. A bottle of the famous green wine will cost between 3-12 Euro.
