Upgraded 3rd Floor Oceanfront Corner w/Wrap Balcony and Great Offseason Rates

This is not your typical cookie cutter condo. Unlike many beach box condos that are narrow with small balconies, this condo has a large living area framed by two walls of windows that overlook the ocean. Three sets of sliding glass doors allow floor to ceiling views as well as access to a fifty foot balcony that overlooks the ocean as well as the beautiful resort amenities. Condo has a large living area with plenty of seating including a full size sleeper sofa, two upholstered chairs, and two large and comfy recliners. We purchased this condo in December 2015 and immediately began remodeling. New plank "hardwood" style tile flooring has been installed in the foyer, kitchen and hall bath. Condo has been painted though out. There are flat screen TV's in the living area as well as all three bedrooms. There are also several new pieces of furniture as well. Kitchen has been updated with new plank floor tile, granite countertops, and a glass, travertine, and porcelain stacked stone backsplash to go along with new stainless steel appliances. Seawatch is an awesome family resort. There are numerous indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and two lazy rivers. Workers and guests are friendly, and Wyndham sponsors several activities each day, many of which are free. In addition, there is an oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar, pizza place, and ice cream shop all located in the resort. Wifi is included and parking is a breeze.
