Wonderful stay in a fabulous home with a beautiful setting. Our host, Ralph, was kind and so gracious and we had an amazing stay in Flagstaff.
Such amazing hospitality
We stayed for two nights and Ralph was just a wonderful host. Such a friendly guy and full of good info and conversation. In the morning he made us breakfast and I was impressed at the quality food he served-organic everything. There was another couple from Texas who stayed in the other room and we enjoyed talking with them as well. Before we headed out for the day, he had waters and bananas to take with us if we wanted and drinks in the fridge if needed for the rest of the day.
The room was very nice and private. The bed was comfortable. We took a hike around the meadow one morning and enjoyed that. We were there moving our daughter into NAU and it was only a 10 minute drive or so to the campus. We will definitely be staying again and hope to meet Ralph's wife who was out of town. Thanks Ralph!
Beautiful home! The hosts were welcoming and wonderful!!
What a gem! We had the upstairs unit ...lots of space....like our own apartment. Ralph and Bernie were great hosts. Breakfasts were nice. Freddie the dog was adorable. We used the pool and we walked to see the elk at dusk.
One of the best ever!
Beautiful home; hosts were very hospitable and helpful; breakfast was amazing. We had our granddaughter with us and the were so friendly and accommodating of our needs. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!!
Lovely welcoming place to discover Flagstaff
We spent 3 nights in Ralph's home - and really felt lucky. Ralph treated us with a nice breakfast, the room, house and surroundings were great - and the location is just outside Flagstaff, in a very quiet area, in the middle of the Ponderosa pines. My husband had a cold and needed to have a rest - but no better place than here, while I discovered downtown Flagstaff: the lovely old buildlings, the arts and craft cottages, the shops. Being from Europe, traveling 2 weeks in the US, this felt like a true relaxing place to stay. If you feel more in shape, it is an ideal base of exploration to start excursions to the Grand Canyon or Sedona - or just explore Flagstaff, which I really found charming. Too bad we didn't meet Ralph's wife, but Ralph was a great host!!
