Modern three bedroom detached villa, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout. Villa has three large bedrooms, two with balconies, and large roof terrace giving stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is metres from a large shared pool and a 2 minute stroll to Akbuk bay. On a complex with further pools including one with waterfalls, restaurant and bar. Akbuk bay is a 2 minute walk from the villa with beaches and restaurants overlooking the bay. The village centre of Akbuk with a harbour and a wide selection of great restaurants is a gentle 10 minute stroll along the bay promenade.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful place

Beautiful, comfortable villa in a great location with good infrastructure. Good technique, enough space. Comfortable beds. Well-working air conditioners. Wi Fi at the villa did not want to work - I had to go to the recepcion or closer to the pool. Very beautiful well-groomed area of the complex, clean pool literally three meters away. Cute city and beautiful Aegean Sea :) A wonderful holiday :) Thank you!

A Perfect Escape to the sun

Fabulous modern villa with all essential commodities virtually pool side. Private balcony and roof terrace with fantastic views. Akbuk is a great little coastal town, very friendly locals. Super restaurants and easy access to other beaches and boat trips. Excellent weekly market. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a really great stay in Akbuk with our extended family. Loved the villa and pool and that it was an easy walk for our elderly parents to the local restaurants. We have already booked to return this October!

We loved it!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and loved it! The property was immaculate, with lovely furniture and nice touches such as pictures on all the walls to make it feel like a real home from home. The villa is right next to a large pool and we also liked walking down to the beach side cafe which was about a five minute walk away. The restaurants in Akbuk were all very child friendly and extremely good value, our favourites were Esinti and Olivia. We would definitely recommend the villa and Akbuk to those wanting a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful holiday in Akbuk

We stayed for 10 days in the villa at May half term and we all had a wonderful time (2 adults and two teenage children). The villa is a real home from home, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed just relaxing by the pool or taking a short stroll to the beach cafe which is about 200 metres from the villa. The restaurants in Akbuk that we tried were all excellent and great value for money. All in all a very relaxing holiday and we look forward to returning soon. Nic and Julie.

We fell in love with Turkey on our first visit there in 2008 and bought our villa in Akbuk in 2009. We know how important a family holiday is, and believe the villa and Akbuk has everything that you will need to have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Why they chose this property

We love Akbuk because it has everything that we need for a wonderfully relaxing break. The villa has stunning views over Akbuk bay to the front and mountain views to the back. Akbuk is very picturesque with a small harbour where there are some excellent restaurants that are really good value for money. There is not much better in life than sitting on the rooftop sun terrace with a glass of wine or a bottle of Efes and watching the sun go down over the Aegean sea or having a lazy lie in, not having to worry about finding a sunbed near the pool! Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions about the villa, Akbuk or the Aegean region.

What makes this property unique

The villa is a real home from home where you can relax and have a fantastic holiday. The villa is spacious and detached so there are plenty of rooms and balconies to escape to for some peace and quiet! The large pool is literally on your door step and there are other pools on the complex that you can also use or you can take a short stroll and swim in the beautiful Aegean sea. The villa is perfect for either a family or couples holidaying together and has everything that you need to eat alfresco or you may prefer to eat at one of the nearby restaurants. Everything is within walking distance on flat terrain so there is no need to hire a car unless you want to visit one of the local attractions, Bodrum and Ephesus are favourites of ours.
