Location! Mānoa is a gem of a Honolulu neighborhood -- close to nature but in the city. We are lucky to be centrally located in the heart of Mānoa in walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshops, and shops.

Great customer service... hot room
The only thing that this room needs is AC. Everything else was perfect!
My husband and I enjoyed the quaint, wonderful atmosphere of our home away from home. Manoa Valley was an amazing neighborhood to be in and the accommodations of Jeffrey and Marguerite were very satisfying. We would LOVE to go back sometime.
it is what it is
nice folks as i never heard from them. very very modern stuff but room has less space than bathroom. had to park on grass and it rained. i liked place and location but seems it should be cheaper priced. i would recommend but room is too small for 2 people.
Aloha Patrick, Sorry we missed you -- we tried several times to stop by and say Hi but you must have been out and about town, we both work but try to find a balance between friendliness and respecting our guestsʻ privacy. We try our best to ensure all of our guests are happy with an accurate description and photos. Best of luck in the future. Jeff and Marguerite Higa
The room was clean and lovely, and Jeff and Marguerite were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed, cozy space. Excellent location in Manoa, with close stores and bus service. We loved it, but some people might have difficulty with the stairs or having a small space. We hope to go back.
We enjoyed our stay in the Manoa Valley . Jeff and Marguerite have a great studio style room centrally located in the center of Manoa Valley. It is walking distance to a lot of local restaurants and coffee shops and has easy access to downtown Honolulu.
Mānoa is blessed with stunning rainbows and mountain views in a safe, quiet, and relaxing neighborhood -- only minutes from the university, Waikiki, Ala Moana, Downtown, ChinaTown Our house is an easy walk to all of Mānoa's amenities — three coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and our favorite Morning Glass) and the Manoa Marketplace which houses a myriad of ethnic restaurants including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Mexican (Serg's - a local favorite), Italian, Pizza, and Vietnamese, ranging from very inexpensive to finer dining. There is also an excellent French bakery with amazing breads, deserts and pizzas (Fendu Boulangerie), candy store (local crack-seed shop), yoga studio, dance studio, as well as a Safeway supermarket, Longs Drugstore, McDonalds, and service stations. The lovely Manoa district park is in our backyard — great for strolling, running, field sports, swimming in the pool, or tennis. Great hiking in the back of the valley at Lyon Arboretum/the Manoa Falls trail, and up the valley at Waahila ridge trail.
