The blast from the cool central AC welcomes you in out of the hot Florida sun, as you enter your lakeside escape. Grab a cold one, kick your feet up, and enjoy the peace and relaxation that this unit has to offer. With WiFi not available in the home, you'll be able to get away from your screens and interact with the rest of your crew.
Put together an appetizer plate with a bottle of chilled wine and gather around the dining room table, or head out to the Adirondack chairs just outside of your front door. The compact kitchen comes with all the amenities of home, making cooking a breeze. Open-style and well-designed, the kitchen gives the chef the chance to be a part of the conversation without removing them from the action.
This single bedroom, one-bathroom unit easily sleeps four vacationers. The soft queen-size bed will gently lull you to sleep after a long day put on the lake. If you need more sleeping options there is an available sofabed in the main living area.
Boasting over 3,500 acres of stunning waters and gorgeous shoreline, Lake June gives you the opportunity to delve into a seemingly endless array of water-inspired activities. If you want to get out and explore, you're just a short drive from Sebring and the heart of Lake Placid. If you want to experience Orlando's theme parks, the drive is just under 100 miles from your front door.
As the day turns to night, you'll be able to use one of the shared charcoal grills and enjoy a fun-filled night with friends in the Key West-style screened in patio. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can rent side-by-side units, so that everyone can get in on the fun!
Dip your toes in the lake as the warm sun shines above at this Central Florida vacation rental.
* Please note that due to damage from Hurricane Irma, the dock is currently not useable. We are working our hardest to repair it. Thank you!

About Vacasa, FL - Northeast Florida Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
These units are old, they smell and have bugs everywhere. Our unit was not ready by the 4pm checkin, the locks on the door didn't work, the septic backed up into our unit and the one next door, and the management team is nowhere to be seen or spoken to. The dock has three lifts and the only one that worked was because a guest fixed it and the dock itself is in bad need of repair. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Low class and outdated
Called at 11:30am on our day of check in and was told we could not check in before 4pm because the room had to be cleaned. Fine, not a problem. We fished and got to the room by 5:40. The room was filthy. The bed was unmade with dirty linen. Old wet towels were on the floor in the bathroom. We called management 3 times in 30 minutes to get room cleaned. They offered another available room, but it was dirty too. Finally at 8pm we were offered a third room to sleep in. We had to move out and to our original room the next day. The rooms all smelled musty and moldy. Never again!!!
Good place for a getaway weekend
Our stay at Pratt's Resorts
The place for the three of us was fine for the week. Just bad planning because of the storm that stayed the entire week.

Very nice place to stay with friends and family. Lots of things to do all around you. Fishing is great, golf is close and 2 restaurants just minutes away!
