Why Dawn DeSantis chose St. Thomas
We first traveled to St. Thomas together in February, 2014. We loved it so much we returned for New Year's 2015 and stayed at a studio unit at Cabrita Condominiums. We were totally blown away by the location and the incredible views. During our stay, we learned of a full one-bedroom unit that was for sale. We looked at it, made an offer and returned in March 2005 to start a total renovation of the unit. It was one crazy experience! We learned a lot about oursel
What makes this Condo unique
This property is one of the best-kept secrets on St. Thomas. It is just a short drive to the town of Red Hook where there is plenty of shopping, nightlife, restaurants, groceries, etc., yet the property is private and peaceful and tucked away at the end of a cul-de sac. The ocean views are spectacular and we love nothing more than being lulled to sleep each night by the sound of the waves gently crashing on the beach.
