What makes this House unique
The tourist town of Puerto del Carmen boasts lovely beaches stretching from Matagorda all the way to the old town of Playa Chica. Along the 4km 'strip' you will find bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets amongst many other unique outlets and our property benefits from being within walking distance from all of these. Another bonus for golf lovers is that there is a brand new 18 hole golf course directly behind the property.

Lovely place perfect peace large balcony great for sun bathing and enjoying your meals and drinks on quite private too. Kitchen well accommodated living area is fine for 2 people, spar supermarket is just 2 min down the road easy access to everything strip is about 5-10 min walk would I stay here again absolutely perfect sums it. Steph the owner is lovely nothing was a bother always on hand if you needed her thanks for a perfect holiday

Fairly central. Clean and well equipped. Tricky front door, very difficult to open. Communication with owner was poor.
The entire coastline of Lanzarote is stunning, however, the closest beaches to the property are just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Puerto del Carmen has some lovely little coves perfect for snorkelling and diving as well as the main long stretch of beach with its watersports (Paragliding, pedaloes, bananas etc) and sunbeds and parasols available at a small cost.
Arrecife airport is a 10 minute drive from Casa Logo. By taxi this distance would normally cost between €10-15. Car hire in Lanzarote is recommended to sample the beauty of the island.
El Pueblo (the old town) 20 minute walk. Puerto Calero Marina 5 minutes by car/taxi. Arrecife 10-15 minutes by car/taxi. Costa Teguise 15-20 minutes by car/taxi. La Villa de Teguise 20 minutes by car/taxi. Arrieta 30 minutes by car/taxi. Monumento de Campesino - 15 minutes by car/taxi. La Geria wine region 10-15 minutes by car.
Well stocked supermarket within 2-3 minute walk of the property. A further 2 minute walk will lead you to the main strip of Puerto del Carmen with its restaurants, bars and banks as well as the casino! Lanzarote is a sports persons dream - just some of the activities available locally are: surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, cycling, diving and snorkelling, golf, horse-riding, go-karting, volcano walks, hang-gliding and water skiing.
Not to be missed is the Timanfaya National Park, Fundación Cesar Manrique, Mirador del Rio, Cactus Gardens, the beautiful natural beaches of Famara and Caleton Blanco and naturally all the local markets.
Booking Notes: 50% deposit required to secure the booking and the balance 30 days before arrival. Balance accepted on arrival if late booking. Changeover Day: Changeover day is flexible. Although when same day changeovers occur guests are requested to vacate the house by 10am. Access is normally not available before 2pm. Notes on prices: Weekly prices are for the rental of the entire property regardless of how many people. However, please note this property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. We deliberately set out to offer a low rental price all year round, so that visitors are not penalised by increased property and flight prices at peak times of the year.
