This 10th floor condominium contains 2 great bedrooms each with a King Bed. each bedroom also has a walk in closets It also has 2 bathrooms, a nice dining room/family room with an open kitchen that overlooks them. Your own self contained laundry room is right off of the kitchen. The very large deck has 2 tables, A tall pub table that seats 2 and a large round table that seats 5. The views from this balcony are without a doubt some of the best around because we are high enough to see not only the ocean and beach just

below but the intercostal just to the west. CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS. If you cancel reservation within 90 days or more of arrival date you will receive 100% rental return if it is re-rented. If you cancel 60-90 days within arrival date you will receive 75% rental return if re rented. If you cancel 30-60 days within arrival date you will receive 50% rental return if re-rented. if you cancel less than 30 days of arrival you will receive 25% of rental return. MINIMUM RENTAL DUE TO VOLUISA COUNTY RULES IS 30 DAYS
