Our three storey 2 bedroom Townhouse is the ideal holiday destination for you and your family. e. Prior to buying it it was owned and used infrequently by a German couple who furnished it lovingly and tastefully leaving nothing out, since then we have added further comforts and air conditioning to the master bedroom and 2 3 seater sofa. From the rear of this well equipped house is the garden with patio area for lunching and a beautiful swimming pool suitable for all ages. The house is child friendly, the back garden is enclosed with gate and for older children they can still be kept insight while you sip your vino blanco (white wine) and they enjoy the pool.

Hi we purchased this property in 2005 and since have made various improvements to it. We use this as our holiday home too, we have a daughter now of 6 who was only 12 months old when we first went out with her, plus we have 2 teenage daughters too. There is something to do for everyone yet it is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a totally relaxing holiday.

Fantastic property in a very sought after Urbanización
Beautiful town house in a ver sort after Urbanización near the villa Martin golf resort.
Very clean and extremely well looked after.
Fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable sofas and beds.
We stayed here in January and though it was out of season lots going on in the area and only 5 minutes drive from Zenia Boulevard and 8 to La Zenia beach.

Nice quite area with lovely back garden and pool for the kids
Everything was as describe and very easy to deal with from arriving to leaving. We will be back.
A lovely villa in a good location making the ideal base for a great holiday.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa.
We know the area well so knew that it would be ideally located for shops, bars etc.
The villa was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed.
The pool and gardens were very well maintained and we found Richard very helpful and accommodating allowing us an early check in.
I have already recommended it to a colleague and would certainly have no hesitation in going back myself next year.

Very Nice Quiet Location
My husband and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroomed terraced house for 9 nights. The communal pool is very nice, lawned areas and gardens very well kept. Nice friendly area. The house is nicely kept and very clean. Down stairs toilet room. Central Heating. Back garden leads to pool area, safe for watching the children.
The 2nd bedroom is only single bed with pull out underbed/mattress. Young children would have to mind the stairs, maybe stairgate required? The masterbedroom has a nice large bed, bedlinen very nice. All towels provided, large bathroom with shower, no bath.
You would need a car to get about if wanted to go to te beach, we prefer Mil Palmeras beach, only a 10 min drive, look for Popeye's beach bar, fantastic! This property is in a VERY nice area, walking distance to Shops and Cafes, Banks, Supermarkets etc....Nice English Quick Save, friendly and very helpful, offers car hire etc.....

Some of the best beaches that can be found are only a few minutes drive.
Our house is serviced by both Alicante airport (a 40 minute drive) or Murcia airport which is only 20 minutes away.
