Located off of Mallery Street, just three blocks up from the Village shops and restaurants, the condo is a short bike ride or walk down live oak lined streets to the Village and south island beaches.

A city park is only a block away, and the updated condominium is in a quiet complex featuring mature landscaping, a pool, tennis courts and workout room. Modern appliances, furniture, outdoor grill, and electronics ensure a comfortable retreat from the south island's activities just minutes from your door. Don't forget to visit the Golden Isles Welcome Center on Beachview Drive in the Village to get all the week's activities, area maps, suggestions of local favorites and more!

Many great restaurants, shopping, live music and outdoor activities to enjoy. Paddleboard in the Atlantic Inter Coastal waterway, or kayak the many miles of marshes. Great fishing guides are available for hire from the north island's Hampton Marina. St. Simon's Island is full of pre- and post civil war history, not to mention one of the loveliest lighthouses in the south just a few blocks away!

In a short drive, you can visit the expansive sands of East Beach, or head up to the north end of the island to visit Frederica Park! They have an excellent play area, dog park and soccer fields.

Jekyll Island is just a 20 min drive, the private winter retreat of American's millionaire families such as the Cranes, Goodyears, and Rockefellers is well worth a visit.

About Michelle

We've rented this condo since early 2014 and have enjoyed sharing our condo with others. We loved St. Simons so much, we moved to the island last year. I'm located just 10 minutes up the street, so if there is anything you need during your stay, I'm here for you.

Our fully stocked condo is quiet, relaxing and has a pool and tennis courts just steps away.

We had a wonderful time in this peaceful, cozy, clean and comfortable condo. It is set amongst large trees in a lovely, quiet complex - some of the best birdwatching we did was between the gate and the front door! The condo is great - nice art, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, TVs in each room, etc . . . all looking out on a pretty green space. It is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the pier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Conveniently located beach community condo in quiet centrally located neighborhood. This unit is on the ground level, easy access to covered parking. Included is a gas grill on the patio for your use. Pet sitting services available. Our home is located less than 1 mile from the village and the Lodge, and 1.5 miles from East Beach, and a half mile to the beachfront. A few minute ride on your bike will get you anywhere you might need to go on the south side. We are literally minutes away from the island's best restaurants, shops, churches, services, beaches and golf courses. Located just off Kings Way, easy on/off access makes your stay convenient and hassle-free.

Great Winter Get Away - Perfect Location

St. Simons is a wonderful place to escape the winter snow and cold. Staying near the Pier Village was great. It was a short walk to the beach and the best pancakes east of the Mississippi, 4th in the US. Not to mention lots of shops and other of other great restaurants.

If you're up for a short drive you'll find lots of other interesting places and restaurants to visit including the best BBQ in GA.

Michelle was an excellent host, responsive to our questions and any small issues we had. The condo had everything we needed.

Fun time in St Simons Island Retreat

The owner of this unit quickly answered any question I had prior to my stay. The unit was clean and I happened to meet the cleaning crew who was very friendly and informative. I will not hesitate to try to schedule this unit again in the future. The rooms are well laid out and there was plenty of linens, etc. I had plenty of space in the master and my guests were well satisfied with the second bedroom. The convenience of having a choice of a set of twin beds or a big bed was notable. I thought the parking opportunities was a bit odd but that was not in the owners control as it applied to all of Harbour Oaks, but it provided me a covered space for my vehicle. I suggest you plan your grocery needs carefully and don't overstock the fridge unless you have a good cooler to haul away your extras.

Serviceable Property, Poorly Managed

Comfortable, quiet property in a convenient location, just a couple of blocks from the village and pier. Furnishings are modest. Lots of natural light, with nice flooring throughout. Poor communication from homeowner regarding access to the property. Don't book for the same day that other guests are scheduled to depart. Check-in was promised at 3:00 p.m.; however, housekeeping did not finish until after 5:00 p.m. A $25 refund was promised, but not delivered.

Very clean, well laid out

This is our third time returning to this vacation home. It is well laid out, comfortable and clean. My husband and I came twice with our dog and just recently returned with my parents and our 13 month old. That should give you an indication that this home is functional and versatile. It's location to the village and the beaches are ideal. We had another great stay!
