We live for six months of the year about 90 minutes inland into Murcia province and visit Cabo Roig each week-end if the townhouse is not being rented.

Ian's father loved Cabo Roig and visited it each year for ten years before he died in 2000. We bought this property in his memory because we love the beaches and nearby facilities.

Would have been nice if we were told that there was no working oven as we had to eat out every night . Lovely property though and we would definitely go back if the oven was working. Also the twin beds could do with updating. Owners were very welcoming.
Ideal location everything you need.
We have stayed at this house many times now. Have been to Cabo Roig many times and found this house couple of years ago. Stayed here every May and October since. The location is brilliant for the beach and the bars and entertainment.
We have walked passed this apartment many times in Cabo Roig and from the outside all the apartments look beautiful. This apartment is in a ideal location not just for the beach but for everything which to us was ideal. On entering the apartment it looked presentable but was in need of a good deep clean and de cluttering. Every cupboard every drawer was full of clutter and rubbish which you really wouldn't expect in a holiday apartment. Every kitchen utensil and plates etc that we used had to be washed first. The table outside we had to clean before we sat at it because it was covered in stains. The wardrobe we were supposed to hang our clothes in had extra pillows in the bottom covered in orange stains. One cupboard had extra bedding in which smelt fusty. Both balcony's were covered in dead leaves which hadn't just dropped off the trees. It could be a lovely apartment but it needs cleaning. My wife and myself got bitten many times and they were not mosquito bites my wife's bites were mostly from in the apartment. We didn't even take our clothes out of the suitcase. When people go on holiday all they want is a clean apartment with the basic things that you need while you are away on holiday. This was more like a hoarders house. We enjoyed our holiday but the apartment was a let down. Mr Travis
Property location is excellent. Our stay was ruined by cock roaches in the house. We lasted only 2 of our 7 days before we had to leave and find alternative accommodation. Would not recommend!
Spacious townhouse with lots of outside space.
Lovely, relaxing week. Clean and comfortable and convenient for shopping, restaurants, bars and beach. Just a few minutes walk from everything. Thank you Ian and Helen for letting us stay in your home from home. Had a fantastic week.
