Internal Description:Charming, modern, and recently renovated apartment (118mq / 1270 sq.mt) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower that can accommodate up to 6 guests.As you enter the apartment you will find a large hall. On the left of the entrance door there is the first bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200cm wide that can be joined) and access to a small storage room. Right in front of the entrance you will find the living room equipped with dining table for 6 people, a double sleeping sofa and TV. Next to the living room there is the second bedroom with double bed ( 200cm x 180cm - not splittable) equipped with walk-in closet. This room overlooks the church of Orsanmichele. Next to this room you will find the first bathroom with shower. Going back to the hall, to the right of the entrance, there is the well equipped and spacious kitchen which gives access to the second bathroom with shower.

Our Opinion:Ideal apartment for short or long-term rentals thanks to its modern comforts and also thanks to its great location in the center of Florence. Great for a family (of 6 people) or a small group of friends to discover the treasures of Florence.

Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant € 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay €1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.
Area:The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from Via Tornabuoni and Via della Vigna Nuova, considered two of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence famous for their elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and not to mention Cavalli. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Pontevecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.
Parking:The Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a 'limited traffic zone' and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
This property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited.
