About the property

2 Bedroom Cabin With Lakefront And Mountain Views

We have 2 acres with 200 front feet (400 with both cabins; see listing 602369) on Flathead Lake in "downtown" Lakeside. This is a new cabin with front deck facing the lake. The cabin is 32' x 22" and includes one bathroom, kitchen, one 10' x 9' bedroom on the lower level with one double bed, 2 queen beds in the 22' x 16' loft. The front view is the Lake with the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. Front deck is 22' x 10' and includes a patio table with 4 chairs as well as 2 other chairs. Volleyball / badminton net is available to share with the A-Frame cabin (listing 602369). Kayaks and standup paddle boards are available also. You may fish from the dock or you may opt for fishing and tour charters that are available at your front door! You do have use of our private dock along with the A-Frame cabin next door. We do have one boat at the dock for our fishing charter business that leaves at 7:00 am and returns at noon with a quick turnaround, it goes out again at 1:00 pm returning at 6:00 pm. Please let us know if renting or bringing a boat that you would want to use at the dock so we can make arrangements. Note: the cabin and the area are not child-proofed for little ones.

About Tobi Campanella

We are 4th generation owners of the property, this cabin is newer, built in 2015.

Tobi Campanella purchased this cabin in 1926

Why Tobi Campanella chose Lakeside

Although Lakeside is a fairly small community (less than 2000 people) the downtown (under 1 mile long) boasts 7 excellent restaurants and 1 brew house, 4 small casinos, as well as a hardware and grocery store, banks, Post Office, convenience store and 4 churches, all are within walking distance!

What makes this cabin unique

This is a beautiful property that has been passed down through four generations. Summer is spectacular in the Flathead Valley! You can spend time enjoying being on the water, day trips to Glacier National Park, shopping in Kalispell, Bigfork or Whitefish which are all within a 45 minute drive time. Boat tours are available to Wildhorse Island with hiking trails to view Big Horn Sheep, Mule Deer and wild horses.

Amazing Place

  • 5 of 5

Great location with everything you want and no tricks. I have never been to a place where you get 100% of what you are expecting, but this place did it. We also kept the house very clean and cleaned everything after we left so we got 100% of our deposit back. Like I said no games or tricks this place is great.

Flathead Lake beautiful. This property location easy walk to coffee, grocery and brewery.

  • 5 of 5

We came to Flathead Lake as a stopping point to enjoy Glacier National Park. We ended up having a difficult time deciding which activity Lake time or Park time. Both amazing. Be sure to give yourself enough days-- 5 was too short!

House easy to find. Parking easy and adequate for truck/boat trailer and 2 other cars. House well stocked. Items easy to find. Appliances great shape including a coffee maker, toaster, and washer and dryer!

Walking distance to boat dock, grocery, brewery and coffee shop! BBQ grill, folding chairs, kayaks, SUP boards all great enjoyment for us.

The house is truly a 6 person comfortable fit. Not for toddlers but children 8-10 and older would enjoy the house as much as any adult. Beds in loft very comfortable.

An extra special bonus during our visit were the daily visits from a deer family-- mom and her babies. What a delight to watch them.

A great find for a family looking to relax watching the lake activity, the sunrise over the mountain range and animal nature literally in the front yard! Lots to do on the lake as well.

Great location and views, right on lake and walking distance to several restaurants. Kayak's and fire pit on site, and shared dock for sitting or boating. Home is in great condition and kitchen is well equipped; owner very accommodating. Had a great stay.

Clean and great cabin with awesome setting and great dock / kayaks!!

  • 4 of 5

It's a beautiful setting and nice house. The only complaint was that the bedroom by the kitchen is way too small and need another bathroom in house. We all had a great time! Thanks for all the hospitality!

Beautiful property, great location, excellent owners

  • 5 of 5

This is a terrific cabin on Lake Flathead. The views are incredible. The property is large, with a number of apple trees and a creek. The house itself is comfortable and welcoming. The owners are great; available to help with any questions about the area, but in no way intrusive. And the location is as good as it gets. The cabin is right on the lake, but also just a few seconds from Lakeside. A really perfect place to visit the area.

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

The house is all that it is advertised to be, beautifully situated almost on top of the lake, with a gorgeous view. The house was impeccably clean, well-stocked with everything you could ask for in terms of kitchen appliances, blankets, etc. Plenty of room to accommodate four adults, two queen-size beds in the loft. Tobi was very gracious, brought extra towels, provided recommendations on great restaurants (the brewery in town was fun)! We used the kayaks, provided as part of the rental fee, and it was a wonderful day on the lake. We will come back again!
