Cosy, light studio flat in ideal location for sea, shops and restaurants
The flat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Location was quiet but very central to everything. Bed was comfortable and plenty of space for clothes. The flat was clean and well provisioned. We didn’t hear anything from adjoining flats. We would warn against parking on sea-front as our car got liberally covered with seagull poop. Not nice. Local pub called The Marine was a great local with fab pizzas. Tracey was a good host in that communications were frequent and she replied quickly. No hesitation in recommending this home for a holiday.

Sidmouth is a lovely place to spend some time, with a lovely beach and coastline, well kept gardens and a wealth of small independent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
