An ideal spot for you to rest, relax, recharge, and enjoy a vacation. This house has a large kitchen equipped with Viking Professional appliances. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features completely remodeled four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are four (4) king sized beds, one (1) queen sized bed, & three (3) sofas. All furniture both inside and out is brand new. The second floor features a HUGE sundeck which overlooks beautiful Lake Louise, with a view of fireworks on Thursdays during the summer. The sundeck is equipped with chaise loungers and a dining table which seats 8. There is a 5 burner grill and convenient outdoor shower with a double sink on the first level. This lake front property also comes with a shared dock and parking for two cars in the driveway. Four beach badges will be provided for your use for the duration of your stay. Create incredible memories that will last a lifetime in this special home. Brand new seven (7) person hot tub just added.

About Max Drivin

My name is Scott Schoellkopf. I bought this property in September of 2015. My children play travel soccer and lacrosse. We are only able to use the house during the off season and a fews weeks in the summer. So instead of the house sitting empty we decided to rent out a few weeks. This is the perfect site to relax and unwind with the amazing water front views of Lake Louise. We purchased this house because of it's peaceful, quiet location. However, shops and restaurants are conveniently located close by. The house is located two blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's Pavilion/Bar. Point Pleasant Beach offers the best of both worlds. The chance to relax and unwind and the opportunity to experience great dining, shopping, and other attractions. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features completely remodeled four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are four (4) king size beds, one (1) queen sized bed, & three (3) sofas. The second floor features a HUGE sundeck with a dining table which seats 8 and chaise loungers. There is also a large 5 burner grill and an outdoor shower on the first level. For sanitary reason guests must provide there own pillows, towels, blankets, and linens. Coastal Linen Service is a local linen provider that is very reliable and inexpensive. Hot Tub is free of charge for nights booked May through September. October through April a $50 per night fee is requested if guests choose to use the hot tub

The house is nice.

We would have enjoyed better if there were bigger bathrooms. We had problems opening and closing the front door..

Owner's Response: Wow. Small bathroom. In the last 2 years this house has been booked almost 600 nights. This is the first renter to complained about the size of anything in this house. The pictures in the listing are new, accurate and clearly show what renters can expect. Furthermore, I spoke to renter on arrival day and her issue regarding the front door. It was completely a user error and again first person to have an issue in this area as well. Truly ashamed with this renter and the rating she left.

Spacious house at a great location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and center of the boardwalk. It has the unique added benefit of sitting right on the lake. Great place to take a kayak out. And at night, relax on the deck or in the hot tub, and watch the stars or the fireworks.

Glorious location

The house is situated in a fabulous location. You can walk to the beach ,a bit longer walk to shopping and restaurants . The view out back is the water of Lake Louise. The sound of the gulls and watching the ducks and swans were terrific.

Okay, now this part. I imagine it's because the house is for sale that some things have slipped by the wayside. It has the minimum amount of furniture. The downstairs bathroom had problems with the toilet running and then not flushing. The smaller upstairs bathroom had a situation where the light and the fan didn't work. When walking up the front steps I almost felt like i was going to fall through one of the steps. If you pull out the top and bottom rack of the dishwasher it felt like it was going to fall out as it wasn't connected to the counter. The kitchen sink had trouble draining.

I'm not trying to make it sound awful because I so enjoyed most of the wonderful parts. I just need to be honest. Oh, and btw, Parking can be a bear.

Owner's Response: Very troubled by this guests post. This guest booked her stay over 15 months in advance, and visited the house in person two months before her arrival. As a local landlord, I inspect the house personally between stays and immediately address any issues. The house had the exact furniture in it during her stay as it did when she first visited. All of the maintenance issues addressed in her review didn’t exist. The bathroom did lose power, the guest contacted me and I went right over. I asked if she wanted me to have an electrician come over and address the issue, but she said absolutely not it’s no big deal. After her stay ended, the electrician determined that a device one of guests were using caused an outlet to overload. The problem was repaired within minutes. As a courtesy, I waved the house cleaning fee ($150.00) for the inconvenience. Yes parking is bad in all of Point Pleasant Beach. The house has a driveway that fits 2 vehicles.

We loved the house.

We stayed here for the weekend and loved it! The house is spacious and beautiful. It is also a short walk over to the boardwalk which was really nice though most places were closed since its the off season but still a lot of fun.

We celebrated our Mom’s 94 Birthday! The house was perfect , roomy, clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and boardwalk for long walks.
